To be honest, it felt like a hot mess the entire time Leslie was shooting us. Despite an uncooperative toddler, a moody teenager (who was crying at one point over her outfit selection), 2 family members falling in the water, a crowded beach and the wind, Leslie STILL managed to capture some great shots and deliver exactly what I was looking for. From start to finish, Leslie was a pro. She was responsive to my shoot inquiry within 24 hours, and was so easy to communicate with throughout the entire booking process. Leslie photographed our family in July. She was easy to work with and very communicative. The location of our session was in Wailea (which is a little bit of a drive from where we stay in Kaanapali), but completely worth it! While the Lahaina area was windy and overcast that day, Wailea was calm and clear. Our online gallery was ready within a week and the photos did not disappoint. I ordered a box of 15 matted 8x10's and a canvas. The finished products turned out beautifully. We will most definitely use Leslie again in the future. read more

Leslie is an amazingly talented and highly skilled photographer! We don't take professional family photos often so we asked to follow her lead and she did a great job guiding us and finding different backdrops for variety. She paid close attention to detail - moving hair in faces, where to place hands, standing position, etc. It was really windy during our shoot, but Leslie managed to get a ton of great shots - including ones of my 3.5yo son who only wanted to play in the water and was often covered in sand. It was my parents 1st time in Maui & their 36th anniversary so I wanted to capture some beautiful moments of them professionally (they take tons of selfies ) with Maui's natural beauty, and found Leslie on Yelp. She was great with my stiff parents & helped pose them. I got the $325 session that came with 25 free high resolution digitals, & 45mins I think. My mom was able to change up to 3 outfits & my dad 2 outfits within that time. Leslie even included a few photos of my sis and I with my parents towards the end without charge. She helped me set up a surprise proposal and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Leslie was a dream to work with for our updates family photos!! We agreed to meet at the beach shortly before sunset. Although it was a bit windy and there were multiple other parties there for pictures or just enjoying the beach, Leslie knew how to navigate to get great shots with the scenic background. My family and I took a trip to Maui back in May 2022 and we knew we wanted to get some professional family photos taken. After doing some research I came across Leslie's instagram and fell in love with her photography and aesthetics. From the initial reach out, Leslie was super responsive and helpful with any questions I had throughout the entire process! Fast forward to the day of the photoshoot, my husband forgot his shirt back at the resort and needed to drive back to get it. Leslie was very understanding and went ahead and took photos of the rest of the family that didn't need my husband to be in. Between me and my siblings, we have a few toddlers and a baby. Of course after awhile they lose focus and just want to play and run around! Leslie was sooo nice and patient and was able to great shots of them, especially candid ones!
