The injectors here seem inexperienced, and when I raised concerns, the manager was rude and defensive. The owner was even worse - aggressive, dismissive, unprofessional, poor bedside manner. She did not behave like someone who cares about her clients or business. I had been a long-time customer, but after this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to others. There are a few skilled aestheticians, but the quality is extremely inconsistent - you never know what level of experience you're going to get when you book. While the front staff are friendly on the surface, the overall experience lacks substance, professionalism and expertise. This is not a spa I would trust. read more

Who can you trust with your face? That's the question you need to ask yourself as you enter the world of medical aesthetics, aka med spas, or injections and fillers. I went to five med spas in the first quarter of 2022 to determine who I would trust with my face. There is no more important professional to interview and entity to figure out the intention of and feel the vibes for than they who work on the part of you everyone sees the most! There were two spas that were distinctly different than the others I met with, and with more research ANEU is the leader of them all. Did you know injections can cause blindness? Like people didn't tell me any downsides or negatives at three of the spas I went for consults at. ANEU gives balance and isn't just offering filler everywhere. While I was very much stating a desire for a non-noticeable, natural appearance if I were to inject, I didn't start yet. But the sense here is balance versus fill any line. I have tried three other treatments from ANEU and would do them all again as often as recommended (if not for finite funds). There are a lot of services here and I don't know about them all but I believe ANEU staff can get you prepared. See website for lots of education. I appreciate details being available there for reference. I was scheduled with Tara for my first treatment. I have continued to book with her and will stay exclusive to her as long as she is there. She cares, she's calming, she educates, and she takes the time. I hope she works at the newer location that rumor has it will be closer to where I reside! I went here a few weeks ago for the first time. They had to reschedule my appointment twice, and I ended up with someone I did not originally book with. I understood the cancellations were out of their control, but the person I ended up with was not great. The individual was very rough on my skin. I had the products in my hair which is very frustrating. I just felt gross after the fact, like I needed to shower. This is unfortunate their other reviews are good. I would definitely read up on who you are booking with if you decide to go here. read more

I had a consult scheduled at this place on a Tuesday at 3pm in the afternoon. I called Monday morning at 730 am to get the appointment rescheduled based on my work schedule. Martha told me that I would be charged $50.00 because of their 24 hr cancellation policy. I told her it was more than 24 hr notice she went on to say it is 24 hr business hours, well I was still w/in the 24 hr business hours. She then said if it would make me feel better she could change the fee to $25. Then she tried to explain it was 48 hr cancellation policy. Not impressed at all. I was a filler virgin and Amie took such great care of me, listening to my goals/desired look and then walking me through the filler process, even reviewing the ingredients and how they interact with your body (science!). Her list of credentials are impressive, so no surprise the care and technique was so precise. The filler process was virtually painless (for me, I know it can be different for everyone) and the results were immediate. She asked lots of questions and based on my answers, suggested a few products that would help calm and protect my skin from the redness and stinging. So happy with my results. I got facial fillers from Deanna in a pretty difficult area. I had previously researched this procedure & it is one of the more tricky areas so I was a tiny bit Nervous but the results make me feel so refreshed & I'm just overall much happier with the way I look right now. Thanks!! Edit: 24 hours after the treatment & I still LOVE the results. I tend to bruise a little easily but there's only a small pinprick bruise on one side and it is already fading. I was worried about getting filler and Botox from a place I haven't been before. But DeAnna made me feel right at ease. I have one eyebrow that is a bit higher then the other and I have never had an injector get it right. The results were exactly what I was wanting. I also wanted lip filler but I was afraid of looking too fake. DeAnna put just enough to fill in the lines and I absolutely loved the final product. The employees are very nice and the clinic is clean but I wasted a lot of money (in the thousands) on fillers and my face looks worse than when I first walked in. First visit I paid for fillers around my mouth, puppet lines. Immediately afterward I had a ton of bruises that were under my skin and wouldn't heal so they had me go back several times for laser to break up the bruising. After that healed the puppet lines were deep and solid and were 100 times worse than what I originally had. Once again I went in and they did a different procedure after agreeing they looked worse. After that procedure I again went in for another check up and told them it looked better but worse than when I originally started. Once again they agreed and added more fillers. That was weeks ago and the deep creases I never had before my first procedure are not gone. I'm done. I'm going to take the huge loss of money, time, gas money spent driving there and back at least a dozen times and I'm going to go to a different clinic and pay for them to hopefully correct the damage this clinic did. read more
