Absolutely the worst doctors office I have ever visited and I never even got to see a doctor…read more My appointment was at 4:30 p.m. I was going to be a new patient so I like to be at my appointment at least 20 minutes early for check in. The address on the appointment card I received was different then the address through Google so at 4:00 I called to confirm the address I needed to go to. The receptionist asked my name and confirmed I had an appointment at 4:30 and told me to go to the 600 Tiffany Blv address. I said "are you sure because the appointment card states 3208 Sunset Avenue "? She said "yes, go straight to Tiffany Blv". I get to Tiffany Blv at 4:15 p.m., go up to the office and it's locked. I knock and ring the door bell for 7 minutes. Finally a woman walks up to the office, unlocks it and tells me there are no more appointments for today. I said "I already HAVE an appointment for 4:30 and I even called to confirm less than 20 minutes ago". She looks me up in the system and says I was supposed to go to Sunset Avenue and said she would call over there and let them know I was on my way. I got to Sunset Avenue at 4:36 p.m. They check me in, which they didn't even know how to properly do that. They asked if I had a copay and didn't know how to check to see if I did. They charged me a copay and then told me to sit. Finally someone brought me forms to sign. At this point I was the only one in the waiting room since I entered. About 30 minutes later a woman came out of the back office and sat in the waiting room. We both sat there until 6:30. She finally got up and left after saying "omg the bus is here! I have to go"! Not once did they acknowledge me sitting there for the 2 hours I was in the waiting room. After I hit the 2 hour mark of waiting without anyone speaking a word to me, I went up to the window, requested a refund of copay and they shredded everything I signed including my drivers license. They didn't apologize once, and immediately got an attitude when I asked for the refund and stated I was leaving. Never in my 34 years of life have I experienced a doctors office that operates under such incompetence. And they advertise a large portion of their services is geared towards mental health, which is why I chose them. I haven't been to the doctors once in over 5 years. It took me months to get the courage to make this appointment after having a personal conversation with Lilly Appleberry at a COVID vaccine clinic back in May. I enjoyed the conversation and loved her bed side manner but there is NO way I can go through this type of un-organization and blatant disrespect for a client by the front staff. I am now parked having a complete mental breakdown and I can only hope I can find the courage again to seek another doctors appointment from a different practice in the near future...

She has treated many things through this journey, because everything in your body has to work together properly. It should be nearly impossible for a menopausal woman with a thyroid condition to lose weight. I've lost 130 lbs over 3 and a half years. I've gone to other so-called Drs that actually made me worse. Don't waste your time. Check credentials. I couldn't find another non-surgical bariatrics specialist in the area. As a plus, she's very reasonably priced. Almost cheap.
