She became kind of upset and annoyed. I have never been to an optometrist who gets annoyed because you can't see. That's why we are here.... Something felt so off that it made me very anxious and uncomfortable. As for the front desk receptionists, they were not friendly and seemed bored with their job. Terrible experience.
