Paul and Tiffany came to our house and gave us a listing price that my husband and I were shocked at. (They know best) Hahaha. They promoted our house with brokers lunch, their social media and other measures. We were very pleased to see such great response. Within couple of days we got an offer- unfortunately it fell through. Paul and Tiffany made sure to help us understand not to give up and let's keep going. With their professionalism and experience we got the right buyer for our house! We never felt like they gave up on our property with dealing with real estate ( the ups and downs and the process). When it came to finding us a new home Paul and Tiffany guided us through that process. It can be tricky finding a good home- good bones plumbing electrical and all the what's ifs'. Paul and Tiffany made sure to not let us fall in love with something that wasn't right. They look at the whole picture. We wanted a semi fixer upper- not once did they say just buy your going to fix it. They made sure it was worth buying. My husband and I found a house but unfortunately that fell through too. Paul and Tiffany again made us feel confident and not give up. We were all determined to find us a new home! At the end of a lengthy process with ups and downs we found our diamond in a rough! We decided to ring the doorbell and waited about 1 minute until someone from the back came out. We told him what we were there for and he was clueless about that event. He then went and called someone and came back and told us that the event had been canceled until next month. We never got any type of notification through our email from Eventbrite saying the event was canceled. Very unprofessional.

Where do we begin?…read more We started refinancing our homes in early June 2016. The goal was to consolidate some debt, while lowering our monthly two properties. We started with a company we found on bankrate that was advertising the lowest rates. Long story short they were asking for letters of explanations and never really getting back to us. We are patient people and after 4 months (end of September) of no progress we decided to move on. A 500.00 lesson learned. Next stop a family friend. She seemed a little bit more interested in trying to get us to sell everything (using her and her partner) and to buy new properties. Lost another two weeks (mid October) and the cost of running credit reports. :( womp womp What brought us to here? The wife had reminded me of the loan officer who helped us with our second home (Nora Guerra). After a couple of phone calls to our realtor, he was able to get us Nora's contact info. I cannot say enough good things about her. Her and her team are simply amazing. Professional: They get right down to business Honesty: gives a great direct assessment of time, money and challenges Hard Working: communications are always answered in a timely manner Knowledge: Nora and her team always offered up solutions and made the process less stressful. From beginning to end the entire process took 6/7 weeks. which was completely fine seeing there was clear communication back and forth. Well needless to say, here we are 11/28/16 and we have just completed our refinance. We would love to say that Nora (and her team) did an amazing job helping us get this done.
