Amazing groomer Devin He's gentle with your precious babies as he lets you know how your baby did as they get their (10-5:30) all day at their beauty shop pamper day. He allows them to take a break if they need one ; from the loud noises like the blow drying, toe nails clipped, etc I've been told this when my 18 year old fur baby needs to have a break after her all day beauty shop pamper day. You know Rook looks a smells great. My commend address an issue I raised on the website. The owner(Bob) called me to set me straight. While I was picking up Rook I started to remove his loaner leash. The groomer stopped and said it was against the law to have unleashed dog in Medford. The shop does not prohibit dogs off leash. There isn't a signage. Bob informed me leash are required to provide safe working environments for his employees blah blah. I told him in my note that I'm happy to comply with and leash requirements. However Medford code regarding leash code is dogs running around on public lands w/o leash. If he was really worried safety he would sign his door. I'll find another groomer. read more

Love their self wash service!!! The staff were so nice and accommodating. Took my senior Labrador pup to get washed today and the staff made sure I had everything I needed, very clean facility and it is so convenient!!! It's hard getting him in and out of a standard tub due to his arthritis, but this makes it very easy for him. Thank you!!! read more

Went in; 3 (THREE) workers putting stock out - no other customers in store. Wanted to schedule a grooming; was told my groomer was not in that day. I said, "i don't want a grooming today, I just want to schedule" Lady goes to grooming door and (clearly) interrupts the groomer who is busy grooming at least 2 dogs. I tell her, "that's OK, i don't want to interrupt them - I will just call to schedule" Lady replies, "it's OK, they will just be a minute, as they are grooming a couple of dogs" I left. Why couldn't one of the 3 people working have scheduled the grooming instead of bothering the person who was clearly busy? Sad, as I have always taken my dog here. read more

Fantastic! Kassandra is always so very careful and gentle. We have a Rat Terrier that will be 19 in January 2025. She is deaf and almost blind. As old as dirt. Kassandra is wonderful!! She also does our Wire-Haired Jack Russell. They are never afraid of going to get groomed. The prices are reasonable as well. They do have a self-service but my husband and I are older and feel comfortable bringing them to her. read more

Update... I'm not a fan of the Medford store. I still shop there but I feel like the owners hover over their younger employees and generally seem grumpy. I shop there because I would rather buy from small businesses and we need really high grade dog food. Also, it used to be a great place for grooming but since covid it's not. One of the groomers seems a little unhappy and makes weird comments about how my dog was during grooming. Awkward. This is just my opinion. Hopefully they will just be a little happier and easygoing in the future so it's not so uncomfortable to go in. read more

Upon walking in I noticed the guy in front was pretty rough looking. I tryed my best to avoid him but he seemed egar to get my attention. After our interaction I asked myself if my dog would be safe with this guy. This should never be a question on your mind at a groomers. The service was steep and the guy seemed a bit off so I left.. Nature's Pet Market is the best. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Mark recommended a doggie treat for my arthritic chocolate lab that had sea cucumber in it. It really made a significant difference in her mobility and endurance. Also, Mark and Vickie the owners, are so big hearted and generous. They donated water dishes and organic dog treats for the Jacksonville Chinese New Year Parade 2018- The Year of the Dog. We had a doggie Photo Booth that was well attended and we sent many happy fur families home with their donated treats. Many thanks for their generosity and Mark Pagan, in going above and beyond to deliver the water dishes and doggie treats to my work when I was unable to leave in time before the Doggie Photo Booth started. Also, they offer do-it-yourself grooming or in- house grooming. The groomers are kind, gentle and knowledgeable as well. So big kudos and big thanks to this local business. My cat needs a special brand and kind of food or she gets profuse diarrhea. My usually shipment from an on-line vendor was very delayed, and I had no more food left! I could not find this food in the big pet supply stores in Medford! I called all over until I found it here at Nature's Pet! They were so nice and helpful on the phone. I am SO thankful they carry this Stella and Chewy's dehyrated raw food. It's the most healthy food and ONLY food my cat can do well on, and I only found it here at Nature's Pet.
