The photos from my shoot were a gift and I had a deadline. OWP came up with a plan to get me a final product two weeks before my dead line! My first meeting was in the studio, all aspects of design were covered and I pre-ordered a bound book. Although my final costs were more then I wanted to spend ($$$$), the quality of the work was worth every penny. The overall communication with OWP was amazing and the customer service was great. Olivia and Chantille wonderful to work with. The shoot was really fun! Olivia and Yakeima (awesome designer!) made me feel relaxed and kept the mood upbeat and exciting. I have nothing but great memories and would not change a thing about that shoot! A few weeks after my shoot I went back the OWP studio to preview the photos for my book. Viewing my photos was difficult; the computer program was sluggish and loaded everything very slowly. The process was a bit awkward; they had just rearranged the studio and didn't quite have the computer situation or seating figured out so that could have been the problem. Although I am very pleased with the way the photos turned out I felt that the review process took longer than it needed to. The photography itself is amazing. I choose Olivia because her work speaks for itself. The artistic, professional look, and quality of Olivia's photography is exactly what I was looking for when I found her online. I am very pleased that the real life work matches her portfolio. What you see is what you get... and what you get is great! When you are outside in the elements, shooting conditions are rarely 100% perfect, and the day of our session was no exception. Due to the weather conditions, Amanda was incredibly flexible and offered to reschedule the session to a day with calmer weather. She gave us ample time to make this decision, but I decided to proceed with the shoot. Despite the consistent 15mph plus winds (and gusts!) actively working against us, 90% of the time, Amanda captured *so many* amazing shots! Amanda is a genuine pleasure to work with. The entire process was so easy and relaxed; even though I'm not someone who loves having their picture taken. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the session. The turnaround time for the high-resolution photos was perfectly reasonable, but Amanda exceeded my expectations by delivering them even sooner. My fiancé and I found this company while we were searching for destination wedding planning. We had to cancel our wedding because hurricane Irma destroyed our wedding venue. Shannon Perez and her team were supposed to be our wedding planners. They were supposed to take care of our ceremony (which we paid $5076.84 + the $1200 retainer fee) which included but was not limited to flowers, aisle decor, bouquets, photography, videography, favors, music, officiant, etc. etc. Since we are from Chicago, we were unable to reschedule and relocate our destination wedding for over 100 out of town guests. We tried numerous times to get a refund from Shannon Perez and Simply in Love but she mentioned she would "only entertain the idea of a refund if another couple booked our cancelled date." (Which was less than two months away at the time.) We had also messaged Shannon and her team before the hurricane, concerned about making our payment because of the severity of the storm. She responded after the hurricane and after she processed the payment saying "We made it through the storm!! The beaches are fine and your wedding is still on schedule for November 11th :)" (not true. they weren't fine. They were a mess- we checked.) We were originally booked for "the dream" package for our wedding. Since our wedding was cancelled due to damages sustained from the hurricane, Shannon Perez and her team did not perform our November 11th wedding in Cocoa Beach, Florida. We did not receive any of the services from her or her team. We also tried to contact the bank for help with this matter. Shannon Perez (owner/ founder/ planner) of Simply in Love is trying to keep the $5,076.84 without performing any of the services. WHAT A SCAM! PAID $6276 and got nothing out of it!
