Within 12 hours I received a call from Erica who is the receptionist at the company. The poor girl had to listen to my message 5 times just to get the correct phone number! Within hours DJ Shane called and said he had 1 available DJ who was planning on doing some other business ventures the same day as my wedding. That DJ rearranged his schedule to accommodate this extremely panicked bride! My DJ's name was DJ Lou and he was amazing! We had a few power outages at the ceremony because of Hotel construction but DJ Lou persevered and kept everyone entertained. I am actually thankful now that the original DJ canceled so we could have this amazing DJ MC our entire event! Just as reminder and something that I learned, please do not try and find the best "deal" out there! Get someone as experienced and professional as this company. Not only was it totally affordable, it was a pleasure to interact with Brett. He responds to emails extremely quick and always gave advice when I was unsure about decisions. 2 weeks before the wedding we had an hour phone consultations to iron out details and he was friendly and funny. We made a music list for before the ceremony, after the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception and he followed it with no issues! His MC skills kept the party going all night and he kept us on our timeline with the dances, dinner, and toasts. Even though I'm sure it's hard for Brett and Patti to want to interrupt the bride and groom during the wedding, they did it at the appropriate times to make sure we didn't miss anything during the evening that we had said we wanted. We rented our photo booth through Brett as well. Patti ran the booth during the evening. She also designed a beautiful personalized photo strip backdrop for us. She made sure we were the first to use the booth and had a chance to use it before the night got too carried away. They had such a great array of props and hats.
