The girl looked like a deer in the headlights when I came in for my appointment that I set online. When she applied the wax, it felt just fine but after she yanked the first strip, she looked shocked and asked me if the wax was too hot. I responded "no" bc i was not in pain and she continued. When i got to my car I noticed she had ripped the skin off of my face everywhere she'd applied the wax. I've had my brows waxed hundreds of times and have NEVER experienced this. I had scabs for over a week. It was absolutely ridiculous. She knew what was happening and didn't say anything or change what she was doing. Be careful going here...

I got the coffin tipped nails with a mauve colored nail polish with diamonds around my ring finger. She did a really good job. However, I didn't like how the nail technician messed up my polish by touching my fingers against the top of the nail bottle on accident. Plus some of my nails weren't close to my cuticles to look more natural. Three of them already look like they are growing out and it's only been two days.

The cashier literally added 3 different color charges to get the total up another $100. Lesson learned!
