After she was almost finished, I gave her my credit card and upon signing the receipt, I noticed the price difference from what I was quoted, it was only $3, but it was still annoying. I still tipped my usual, and then casually mentioned to her that the price quoted to me was different. What she said and how she said it nearly blew me away...
