My absolute favorite place. I've been going to Kim for several years now. I love her! She's so very sweet and so ALWAYS does a perfect job! Sometimes I have weird request and colors and I always walk out saying; this is my favorite (nails). I'm extremely picky about shape. And she knows exactly what I like. I always do sns and they have so many colors to pick from. I feel like they have the best selection of nails polish, gel polish and SNS in Georgetown. I drive an hour one way since moving to see her get my nails done monthly and it's so worth it. All of the staff are super friendly and talented. I also get pedicures each time and who ever is available is the person to give the pedi. I've never had any complaints, they all do an amazing job! Kim also works well with my daughter and even down to details on her small nails. Honestly I can't say enough good things about Deluxe. They are truly amazing and genuine people. Price & talent can not be beat! However with that does come a lot of customers, at times it can be busy and wait times. If you're in a hurry it's always best to make an appointment because they do offer that as well. read more

Awful! I paid for a deluxe pedi and the guy barely did any additional service, no callous removal, no special foot massage, nothing. He painted ithe wrong color and cut my big toe crooked. Did not ask for square cut either! Looks gross! My daughter had another lady and made her nails look like she was 3 years old and cut her toe nails weirdly square and too short also. Waste of money! We went across town to another salon to get fixed! Do NOT recommend this place. They rush and are not trained right! read more

Initial acrylic nail set then first fill in and tech "glued" my lifted nail down and proceeded to fill in the nail. Next nail lifted and I glued it down. Then the original nail (that was glued) lifted and when I pulled it off....I've got this. Nasty. Done with this place. read more

I've been going to this salon since I was a kid I got different stuff. I mainly go for just acrylics however I do get gel on toes. The stuff I get is a bit pricey I paid $105 for my Halloween set. I go and see Kim she knocks it out of the ball park. Kat does my toes and I love our conversation. The vibe of the salon is very positive and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! read more

I've been going to Luxe Nails in Georgetown, KY, for several years and was always happy with the service and price, but I got an SNS there this past Friday morning and I was overcharged by the girl who did my nails. When I went to the counter to pay in cash, she said it was $78. I had always paid $35. I didn't believe it was an honest mistake on her part but didn't argue with her. I normally come here and have no complaint. Today was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I did sns on my nails was suppose to be maroon it ended up being brown. They couldn't get my toe polish close to the same color. I asked, what I assume is the owner for a discount which I have never ask any business to do, he discounted it $5. I paid $58 for brown toes and nails that are not in the same wheel house of color. I have came here off and on for ten years but today will be my last. So disappointed The one star goes to the poor guy who tried to make it right. read more

I have been to multiple nail salons in two different counties. This is the only nail salon that my SNS nails lasts at least 3 weeks!!! I work in a factory which kind be very hard on nails. They way deluxe nail applies the SNS is unbeatable. read more

Went in for mani/pedi only. They charged me $70!! I've never paid that much for the basics! They don't sanitize the equipment they use, they just pull em out of drawers. There is NEVER a clean smell in there, no lysol, bleach, fabulous, pine sol, not even windex!! The guys are nosy and too busy gossiping to pay attention to the task at hand. My nails break and they look horrible after only 2 weeks. Not worth ur time or money. No wonder it's never busy. Someone should also alert the Health Department about their practices.​ read more

my nails are all different shapes, there are rough parts at the ends of my nails, some are small and some are big. Everyone I've shown my nails to have said that they are terrible and I could've done better at home. They look like cheap nails that you glue on. This was BY FAR the BEST pedicure I have EVER had! I went with my son and daughter-in-law and all three of us LOVED the service and our pedis! Although the spa was busy - our treatments were not rushed and we had the most relaxing and wonderful pedicures. Want to know how to make a 15 gel polish magically become a 45 minute manicure? Read on! I called ahead and spoke to a man to see if I could walk-in immediately, and was told yes, then further explained that I needed a quick gel polish on my 30 minute lunch break. I was identified (by the same man) and seated 5 minutes later when I arrived, and the very nice woman got to work, but when she started showing signs of giving a manicure (cuticle softener being the biggest tip-off) I asked her to please stop, and explained I was only there for a polish. She nodded politely and kept right on going! Perhaps I should have just stood up and walked out at that point, but having never been to that salon before, I thought maybe they just gave a very thorough polish. Rookie mistake. As I'm sweating it out watching the time tick away, she proceeds to give me the BEST gel polish I've ever received in 3 years +/- of doing so, however she files my nails down to nubs. It takes me a long time to grow nails, so I was not pleased with that, and normally you are asked what length and shape you want. When I checked out she asked for $30, which I questioned, as I'd asked for a POLISH ($20) not a manicure. The man piped up and said "No, manicure", to which I replied, "I asked clearly for a polish and was given a manicure." No response. Bye-bye $30, and sorry to the skilled woman, but no tip. I understand there is a language barrier, but I was very clear from the moment I called. read more

They know me by name, almost always do a perfect job, and are friendly to boot. The prices are average for the area and Sam always seems to be innovating in some way to add value for his customers. Ok, I guess I've gotten spoiled going to Lexington. I was a walk in customer. I should have turned right around when I saw the state of the salon. It looks nothing like the pictures! Everything was untidy and messy. The man that did my nails pulled the bits for the dremel tool from the sanitizer, but now I realize I think it was just stored in there, not actually used for sanitizing. I told the woman I wanted SNS nails, she said no problem and directed me to choose the nail color I wanted. Other nail salons I've been to are more than helpful in helping you choose colors, finishes. This lady was not. Even when I asked her for a color similar to the one I was wearing she said it was in there somewhere. Now, the guy that did my nails seemed very sweet, but I don't think he knew what he was doing. He used the Dremel tool for everything! Twice he chipped into my thumbnail, shortening it by half. I have small scabs along my cuticle area because he tried to use the dremel to take them off rather than clippers! Several times I jerked back in pain but he kept going. The actual shellac job is uneven and rough, and there is color on my fingers. If my fingers weren't so sore I would be going to my regular salon for an update. He finished the color but I didn't let him do the embellishment. I figured I would be disappointed with it as well. When I went up to pay, I think he felt guilty because he knocked a few dollars off.
