While I got here somewhat regularly, its hard for me to give it more than 3 stars. Here's the breakdown: Pros: - They can do anything you'd like (however the quality I give 3.8/5) - Very rarely is there a wait and you can get in and out quick Cons: - They charge to use a credit card.... any business that does this in this day and age automatically loses a star. Cashless is the way of the world and their fees should be included in the cost of doing business... I don't even care if they raise their price... I hate a FEE for using a credit card. - The want cash tips.... I don't support tax evasion. - While the drinks used to be a reason to add a star, last visit I got a red wine that had turned (it was literally brown). When asked how it was I said not good... he nodded... likely lost in translation. Alas, life is too short to drink crap wine, so I ordered a non-wine drink for $9 and left the wine sit. Hoping this action would be more effective at the message that the wine was rotten. read more

Greeted as soon as I entered and was shown color choices. Very calming and no overpowering odor. Came in for just a pedicure but was impressed so stayed for a manicure. Borey was awesome and let me talk as much or little as I wanted. read more

Love love love the pedicure I got here! Everything was perfect every step of the way. They confirmed all my choices and did a great job. It was the best leg massage I've ever had in a pedi. Clean and I could tell they sterilized their instruments and chairs. I got a flower with a rhinestone in the middle, and it looks great! Just what I wanted. read more

I've gone to this salon so many times in the past and never written a review but I just had to this time. I got a mani pedi and loved the whole experience. my pedicure was extremely relaxing and they got all the tension out of my calfs with the hot stone and oil massage. the best part tho was the nail art I got. the artist did a fantastic job. overall it was a very relaxing experience and I'll keep coming back here. a great place to enjoy a glass of wine, get everything you want and feel relaxed and comfortable. As I walked into the clinic, I noticed how clean the nail salon was and that it didn't have an overwhelmingly potent nail polish smell. Being that it is a nail salon, that's just one of the things that you expect but they didn't have that hear. Someone immediately noticed me and asked how he could help me. I said I had an appointment at noon. He stated to find a color that I want; and once I did, I only sat down for a minute or two before he sent me to the numbered pedicure chair (genius btw!). It took roughly 15 minutes or so for someone to come take care of me; but I would rather sit in the pedicure chair for 15 minutes than one of the chairs up front to wait in. So I was perfectly fine with it. Soky was very kind to me when i sat down at one of the pedicure chairs. We tried to fix the massage part and when that didn't work, he just moved me to a different chair that worked. I already had gel nail polish on from 5-6 months ago; so he was able to easily remove it before he got I picked the Organics Pedicure with Collagen to get the full nice experience, as I don't get a pedicure maybe once or twice a year. Soky had me look at several Pedi In A Box kits to find the best one that I wanted to use for my skin. I chose the Vitamin Recharge. It has a nice light smell with no allergens that would bother my sensitive skin. He was impressed with how soft my feet were; and I stated that I tried to use good lotion. He used the sugar scrub to really detoxify and cleanse my skin. I let him know ahead of time that I am extremely sensitive on my feet and that I will laugh a lot so I hope not to embarrass him. He got a little embarrassed when I was busting out laughing; but he took it in stride and laughed right along with me. Before he started with the hot stones, he told me to tell him if they were too hot. He first dipped the stones into the water then rubbed them with the oil that he used on a side table on my legs and feet. My oh my!! I will HAVE to get that again!! Soky suggested getting SNS nails for my fingernails, in which I had never had before. He helped me to find a red, white and blue theme to match my toes. To produce SNS nails, it took much longer than I anticipated. While it really is beautiful, I don't think that I will get it again. I ended up getting many compliments on my fingernails and toenails. I'm so glad that I decided to try this new gem in Georgetown. I will definitely be back!! read more

I had bad Service- if you come let the manager do it his employee is rude and didn't know what to do. Worst service the employee did not let me finish dry my feet, did not do the gel and was rude. I paid cash and would not give me a receipt that I paid. DO NOT waste your time! read more

I had been going here for 5 months now and would ask for the same fill and shape every time! This time I asked why it was more and they said I got coffin nails( which I asked for square, not coffin). I just moved down here and was looking for a good nail salon and was very disappointed. I first walked in and asked for a gel manicure and if I could get tips.. they said I had to get a full acrylic set- which is not what I wanted. I never got a actual manicure he just went straight to doing the acrylic. Half way through I asked if it was possible to do ombré and he said no that would have been mentioned in the beginning. It was just a very uncomfortable time for me as I felt like I was being judged by the employees. And yes I know my cuticles and skill are awful that's why I wanted a actual manicure to help clean it up as I pick my skin when I get anxious. read more

I came in right as they opened and they had a line of people. Didn't bother me because I knew it was a decent nail salon. I've been prior and had no issues, however, I got SNS again yesterday and they looked so good except two of them chipped and two of them are cracked already and it hasn't even been 24 hours. I've never had issues with SNS this quick. Not sure if it has something to do with them or not. Just wanted to share my experience. read more

"ifix nails" BULLSHIT no you don't. why are we lying in the name. my friend was told her toe was DEFORMED. i had one lady do an incredibly simple design on my nails, and she made it TERRIBLE. AWFUL. HORRENDOUS. TERRIFYING. DISGUSTING. DISTURBING. i complained, and another person attempted to fix them to my liking, and not only did he make them WORSE. but he also literally took half the acrylic off my damn nail. like ok bruh chill he made my ombre nails not even ombre anymore. like hello? and i had a whole ass DENT in the acrylic like how does that even happen? i wish i could give them -5 stars bc this shit was astonishingly terrible. This is an OK place. I received a nice pedicure and manicure. It is clean and I was taken in on time.

This salon is a second location for Lavish Nails in Lexington. It is every bit as beautiful as the original. Everyone is super friendly and they do a great job with SNS & pedicures. Many options include a beverage of your choice (anything from wine & mimosas to sodas). Georgetown is lucky to have such a nice salon. Don't let the name fool you...it is way more than a nail fix it place. Lol The manager is great and super helpful. Highly recommend!! read more

My nails were looking ROUGH... I'm a regular SNS user but I had been so busy working and and having to handle personal matters that it had been 4 weeks since I'd had my nails done. I usually go somewhere else very nearby BUT I called and it was a 45min-1hr wait. After work, I just couldn't waste that much time so I called iFix and they were able to get me right in. I thought it was too good to be true.... But David paid so much detail to my nails and they look amazing. I'm so glad I tried out this new place. it was a very nice building but I guess they used all of their money on making it look fancy to cover up their cheap quality. I got SNS on my hands only and I was told by many people they would stay on for a little under a month, but no, they only stayed on a little under a week. I was able to chip them off and the color not to mention was not correct either. the technician also answered calls for customers while doing my nails which was very unprofessional. read more
