Well the fact is that I had a terrible first impression and probably the only one with your business. I requested what I thought was a very normal request for a lock job for my car which is happily parked but has locked me out since the battery died. I asked for a quote by using the very legit red button that says get pricing. I did so, but instead of receiving a quote I received a non-sensical message saying to contact a phone number for emergencies. I never said it was an emergency, I just needed an estimate of the job. However, instead of apologizing and offering the chance to mend you tried to dox me and dismiss my complaint. It is true that I posted the same review to other 2 businesses because they were as unprofessional as yours. Improve your communications with potential customers don't wate time in thing unrelated. I locked myself out of the house via sliding glass door, didn't have my cell on me, fortunately I was expecting company, when my sisters arrived we had a laugh about the situation and then went about trying to locate a locksmith nearby. We called the one locksmith that was in our neighborhood, they said they would call us back in 15 minutes.....45 minutes later we called them again....they said they would call back in 5 minutes ....we called them back and finally found out they were coming from Miami..we live in Cooper City...we said Forgettabout it!! I have a very old car and I only have one set of key, so I've been in the situation of leaving my keys more than once or twice, six times to be honest, I've had different company doing the service, including the most known one witch happen to damage my door one time, making it very difficult to go thru the process of opening it. I tried Angel Lock Smith because a friend of mind told about it, the first thing was that he was there in less than 20 minutes, this guy went out of his way trying to open this door when the others company would had given up (the door is bent and it's REALLY hard to get the right angle), and on top of that, was SO nice thru the whole process. I had an issue with my apartment's door and could not get in. I called them and they showed up really fast, even though it was pretty late. The man explained me that the door had an old and defective system, and that it would happen again, so he fixed it so I can get in for the night and came back the next day to replace the whole lock.
