I came to Angel Longevity with CREST syndrome and colitis, barely able to walk. I was hobbling, my hands were stiff, my joints were thickened with collagen, and I was truly desperate for help. I will say, the staff is incredibly kind. The women there are warm, friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming and calming. However, my experience with Dr. Mathur was extremely disappointing and ultimately harmful. I committed to her care for six months and spent over $12,000, only to end up worse than when I started. She makes strong claims about how ineffective Western medicine is and positions herself as someone who can fully heal complex conditions. Based on my experience, this was not true. Patients are encouraged to sign up for large, expensive packages, often over $7,000 just to begin treatment. I was sold on therapies like ozone, which I do believe in, but the doses provided were minimal and spread out over costly sessions that did not produce results. It felt like a significant waste of both time and money. She also pushed hormone replacement therapy as a major solution for me, despite my autoimmune conditions, which did not feel medically appropriate or well-explained. Despite countless documented emails and phone calls from both myself and my husband, they keep saying they will "call me right back" or that it will be processed. It is verified in email exchanges. That refund still hasn't been paid. Double-billing: Contract states $3,499 for 4 month program includes "All Lab draws" and "Metabolic Typing Program." I reviewed the invoice after termination, the numbers do not match the services provided, nor is there detailed explanation of what is included. When emailed and called to discuss clarification, no response. Contract advertises "Savings of $535" with zero documentation of how discount was calculated. I requested end of services in the third month after multiple issues with the care. I spoke on the phone and sent an email. After many emails, including emails that came back to me saying it would be resolved and my refund would be issued at the end of the week, I am still waiting for at least a $874.75, that seems to somehow be missing in their monthly breakdowns. Let me save you the $500 consultation cost. While I do appreciate that the doctor took time to listen to my story, she somewhat dismissed the labs that I came in with from my OBGYN which confirmed a diagnosis of Hashimoto's. She only trusts 'her' labs, so she was mentioning that we'd need to redo them, and this where I could hear the cash register start to go off. The doctor told me about all these whacky procedures that only her office uses and the miracles that have been expressed by her other patients. She 'accepted' me as a patient (what the actual fuck?) and then I was passed off to her financial person. I was put into a separate room, where this woman used high pressure sales tactics to drop a $9,000, all upfront, bill. She endlessly told me about the people in her life that she entrusted to the doctor, and when she sensed that I wasn't taking the bait, she used my own pain as a selling point and said that I would just have to make sacrifices in my life in order to pay for the services. I was told that they would not do any payment plans and because I was in so much pain, I couldn't afford to not do it. I've met these swindlers before, I've unfortunately fallen prey to them in very desperate times and luckily I've learned that lesson and don't need to repeat it. Pre-payment is required for any treatments and/or treatment plan - a practice that raises eyebrows considering the industry norms. The insistence on signing an Arbitration form before receiving treatment, essentially stripping away any recourse for legal action, is QUITE unsettling and not indicative of an ethical business. This was the worst experience with this doctor. After suffering heavy bleeding for so many years because of fibroids I had a relief since January when I went into pre-menopause and the bleeding stopped. Full disclosure: I have not been treated by this medical center. I'm writing this review because my "hackles" were raised by the following: I called this office one early evening to look into the services they provide, because I saw a reference to this clinic in a blog post. I reached their voicemail, but opted not to leave a message; I planned to simply call back another time when their offices were open. I happened to have made my call on my work phone. The next day, after I'd stepped out of my office for a little while and then returned, my assistant notified me that I'd missed a "personal" call. I thought that was strange, since I don't typically get personal calls on my office phone. My assistant sent me a quick e-mail summarizing the message, which revealed that Angel Longevity had noted my missed call of the previous day, and had called me back on my work phone, leaving a really inappropriate message with my assistant for me to call them back (as if I were already a patient of theirs). It actually sent shivers down my spine. Does a doctor's office really think that a "hard sell," and leaving intrusive messages at people's places of business, will result in a good "conversion" rate for new patients? Personally, I feel that if a doctor's office has nothing better to do than to call people back who don't leave a voicemail message, then it makes me want to run screaming for the hills (because holy hell, they must be desperate for business, or have extremely aggressive sales tactics, neither of which are good qualities in a physician). Before I came to Angel Longevity, I had severe acne all over my cheeks. I was tired, I knew I had hormonal issues and an autoimmune disease, but I didn't know which one. UGH!!!! Yep, I've been told that many times too!.... Errrr! if I hear that one more time, I'm gonna scream! Well, as much pain as I was in, I was not gonna except that for an answer! I kept searching and searching, and one day back in January 2022, I randomly and unexpectedly, clicked on a Facebook post talking about hypothyroidism and it brought me to a link for Angel Longevity and Dr. Mathur's. So I took a chance, and thought what the heck, I'll check it out. Well, I'm writing this review because..... Dr. Mathur's has truly helped improve my health. I can say, with all honesty, that this was the best thing I've ever done for myself and my health. To be transparent I was very hesitant and skeptical after my first consultation with her, but I thought... OK, I'll give you a shot! BUT... if I don't see progress after a few weeks, I'm OUT! Well I am happy to say I didn't leave, I felt so much improvement with ozone treatments that I stuck around! I will tell you....this is a HUGE commitment, both time-wise and financially. Everyone's treatments are different. for me, I had to do two treatments every week for approximately six months. This is not something that happens overnight, its a journey and it's defiantly a process! I told myself (and my wonderful supportive husband who was really not 100% convinced) .. that I/we have to be patient, I told him, I have to see this all the way through. So needless to say... I stuck it out and committed to it. It was a challenge for sure, but it was soooooooooooo worth it! NO JOKE... I felt Significant improvement after the first few ozone therapy treatments! Trust me, my husband and I didn't want to have to spend this kind of money, but I thought of how much money I've spent over the past 12-15 years for deductibles, co-pays, not to mention all the time spent in waiting rooms and all the RX's and all the supplements I've bought going through " insurance covered doctors" and I can attest that, you can't put a price on the quality of your health! Dont get me wrong, I believe in western medicine and I still see my regular doctors. But THIS!.... This is next level! I was so fearful for my future. Because at only 57 years old I felt like I was 87. Every time I moved, stood up, sat down, bent down, walked, or tried to exercise I was in constant pain pretty much all over my body, but mainly my muscles and my feet. I've seen so many doctors, and they all had good intentions to try and help me.... But were unsuccessful. Dr. Mathur's on the other hand opened up a therapy, that I had never heard about that changed my life. She really made me feel that she genuinely cares and wanted to help me get the results I was looking for! And having to spend so much time there its really nice that the staff they are all very nice, supportive and helpful. I am no longer in fear of what my future will look like as I age. I am able to workout five days a week, I can hike, I can exercise, I can walk. I can bend down, stand up, sit down without constantly feeling like I'm in pain with every movement. I went to Dr. Mathur because I was exhausted, gaining weight and felt like something was wrong. She found I had hashimotos and EBV. Great health treatments howerver they tend to overbook whuch make you wait longer than expected. They dont accept insurance and if you're on a horemone treatment, you have to call for your refill perscriptions multiple times before they send it in to their pharmacy. read more

This place is an absolute SCAM. Stay far far away. The amount they charge for services is criminal, I stopped one month in to a 4 month treatment plan and was told I couldn't get a refund and that I would owe money to them based on their insane policies. The Dr. is cold and clearly doesn't care about her patients, when I was in her office I felt like she barely acknowledged me. She gave me advice and supplements that actually made me even more ill, and I finally went to another doctor who was able to diagnose and treat my issues immediately, and told me what she had prescribed could have caused long lasting and dangerous health issues. I'm looking into a malpractice suit because what happened here to me should not be allowed to happen to other desperate people.
