She is on top of your care as she listens, responds and gives immediate solutions whenever I reach out to ask for appointment and referrals. Dr Lorie saw my father earlier this week, and answered all his questions. I was at the appointment to help translate and she was very patient and willing to listen to his concerns and questions while providing easy to understand clear responses to each and every one of them. My father had an additional question he had forgotten after we got home and so we reached out to the office to get an answer and Dr Lorie once again replied very quickly. Dr Kavafyan has been my PCP for 6 years now and she is absolutely phenomenal. Every time I have a problem, she gets me into the office right away and responds to my emails very quickly. I have had a few scary health issues over the last few years and she has been so responsive and helpful; always providing outstanding referrals. Not recommending this office at all. 0 personal care. Came from emergency room when needed an MRI referral. Doctor wasn't willing to see me for a WHOLE WEEK! The emergency room Dr said to get MRI ASAP. This office wasn't willing to see me just for a referral. They want me to wait for a whole week. Completely refused to help with the matter. The office representative Amanta (that's how she said it) was cold, unempathetic and just rude. Wasn't even willing to let me talk to the office manager. Terrible when you actually need help/care. Needed to be admitted to the ER with an allergic reaction to something Lori prescribed. She provided no follow-up and wanted me to wait day for an appointment, and as a result I was admitted to the hospital. Awful care when you actually need help. read more

Dr. Kavafyan is incredible! She's a special doctor that truly loves what she's doing and really cares. I just switched over to her this year and I'm so happy with my decision. It's always scary going to a new doctor, but she made me feel so comfortable. What I love most about her is that she really listens to my concerns and doesn't rush through the appointment (which is what I hated about my previous doctor!). She makes you feel like she's helping out a family member, which is what you want when your health is involved. My favorite part is that the office is very punctual... you definitely don't see that nowadays! They actually honor your appointment time instead of making you wait a million hours. Kudos guys! I could cry talking about Dr. Kavafyan. She is a true healer. By far the best healthcare provider I have ever gone to. I message her during business hours with things that come up in terms of concerns, sicknesses, covid questions, random symptoms. She always responds within a couple of hours. I have never had a doctor be such a prompt and open communicator. I've had many experiences with terrible nurses and doctors who had no real care for their patients, no bedside manner. With Dr Kavafyan learning about health and wellness is authentic and interesting. I never feel ashamed about silly questions or talked down to. She is so kind, humble, knowledgeable, engaging. Spoke to a Hispanic guy name Chuye the first phone calls was friendly and good. I even ask if there was parking available he stated there was inside the structure. When I showed up I saw it was street parking only because the parking you had to pay for. So when I called in Chuey answered all rude with a real bad attitude and told me that I had to pay for parking he said yah I know. Not only this person made me waste my time and gas but had the nerve to give me attitude over the phone I wish I was there in person in front of him to see what else his smart mouth had to say. Here we go, my 6th review ever. I only rarely leave reviews and only 5 star reviews because I'm all about spreading the good news when it's deserving. Dr. Kavafyan was on time (big one right here) and TOOK HER TIME. I hit with her a zillion questions because I'm very interested in medicine, vaccinations, but am too scared to do internet research. She actually answered all my questions and when I thanked her she said she loves all the questions because it means I care about my health. It's also a one stop shop. I got my blood work done right after. I got my results a couple days later. All free of charge because it was my yearly physical. What an amazing experience, this is the first time I've felt this way about a doctor. And she followed up through the portal to tell me everything looks a-okay. Thanks Dr. Kavafyan! read more

I really hate doing this bc I'm afraid the whole valley will change to her. Very quiet demeanor, goes over your chart with you, explains everything, doesn't "pick" at you, is non-intrusive in your private life-----.
