Literally my favorite massage place. Been coming here for yearssss. The foot massage is fantastic. I always recommend this place to friends and family. You lay clothed in a dark, open, quiet room with other people getting massaged. They quietly nudge you to lift your feet or roll over. They bring you water. It's amazing. I always wish it would never end and then tip generously because they do such a good job. You can get different massages, different lengths of time. You can also get a massage in a closed room where you take your clothes off. I've done that once, it was good. I prefer the foot massage in the open room where they massage your whole body but it's called a foot massage. read more

She came running to the front and demanded more money. I explained I didn't have my wallet or anymore cash. So, she wanted 10$ tip and waited for my mother to come out and demanded money. Yesterday, my fiancé and I went there, the front office man offered us a 45 minute massage for I believe $55 or $60. I seen on the sign behind us that it was a special Monday through Thursday for a one hour massage for $55. I said can I just do that special he said I guess so. During the massage, the workers were chatting loudly, which made it hard to relax. My fiancé then did leave a cash tip for each masseuse, and the lady had the audacity to tell him it was a good massage You should leave more money. I have been a customer for many years, but I'm sad to say that I will be looking for a new place for a massage. The last few times that I visited, there was a lot of conversation between the staff. People go there to relax which is very difficult when the staff is chatting during the majority of the massage. Between the cost of the massage and the tip, I'm paying almost $50. It is very frustrating when the staff doesn't have enough respect for the customer to provide a quiet environment. What was even more disappointing was the fact that the masseuse was excellent, but I couldn't enjoy the massage due to all the talking and commotion around me. I dont know if it is under new management but today I had a horrible experience. There was a new man at the front desk. I paid for 1 hour foot massage. I wanted a relaxing massage but the workers were talking and laughing loud for a long time until I said something they stopped but then continued talking after a bit. One of the rooms was being renovated and the machines and saw were loud . And to top it off my massage was only 45 mins. After the massage I went and told the man at the front desk my concerns and he was like its only 5 mins I said no I was back there changing and they started massage after 4pm. I have been a returning customer for years, but today I went in for one of their one hour foot massage. ($40). I got a 10% tip and went in for the massage. An older woman massaged me and it was wonderful! She was great at it. At the end, I gave her the 10% tip. She counted it and looked at me and said very bluntly, "more." She stood around waiting for more of a tip. She seemed to speak very little english and was talking with one of the other woman in I believe Chinese. I stood up and feeling pressured gave her another dollar (It was the only other cash I had on me.) When I gave it to her she continued to speak in Chinese but very clearly stated, "ten dollars." I assumed she was saying she wanted me to give her a $10 tip which would have been 25%. I left, not feeling relaxed like I was hoping, but socially pressured. I only have a part time job, and the money I used on this was a christmas gift. I called and they were able to accommodate me right away which was nice. The gentlemen in front was a bit off... like it was bothersome for him to talk. He just seemed angry. I chose a fully body 90 minute massage. You honestly cannot beat pricing. It was 70$ which is really good in my opinion. I didn't like the lady who did my massage. She kept coughing and she had a really raspy voice. My massage was honestly painful. Specially on my back and shoulders. I had to tell her 3 times that it's to hard and she would laugh and say she forgot. At one point I thought my back muscle got pulled or something because it was so much pain. When she went to go rub off the lotion with a warm towel. I thought I was on a roller coaster she was shaking me so much.... Point being. She was not delicate at all. It was very rough and her movements were not soft. She was very harsh and hasty. But the icing on the cake is when I went to go give her tip. She hesitated to grab it and made a very "over it" face and said something to the guy in the front In her language. Like she was expecting a better tip. But I'm sorry.. not sorry. You did a horrible job on my massage that I paid 72$ bucks for to only leave in pain and with a headache. Very professional and knows just the right amount of pressure to use in the right spots. She has healing hands, she finds areas that need work that I didn't even know I needed. Makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. By the time she was done after an hour and half massage, I was totally rejuvenated and felt like a new man. I really wanted to give this place a 5 star as I was getting my massage. The prices were affordable, and the setting was relaxing. My masseuse was great she did good job. When it was over I realized she cut it short 5 minutes and also stopped more then once. I tipped the 15% cause she did good job. I'm supposed to be here for 30 min of relaxation and this guy was watching videos on speakerphone with full volume, while setting his hands on my feet. No massaging. Just resting there. When he finally did move his hands, it was the same 3 strokes for 10 minutes as he initiated loud conversation, got up and left to go loudly talk w other workers, or just simply continue to watch his phone on speakerphone with full volume, including notifications. I have been going here for several years and just kept on overlooking things I would hear and witness because 1 out of every times I went I would get a decent massage. The man who works up front at the desk calls you non stop to confirm your appt. - even if you JUST made it 30 minutes prior. They hassle customers who they feel don't give a high enough tip - and I am talking about customers who are tipping over 20%. For some strange reason they've been calling me back 10 mins after hanging up, to confirm that I really made an appointment. The guy at the front desk is a little pushy. But the women working there are amazing. It's an incredible deal for what you get.
