I want to gift certificate to this place, so I checked them out on Yelp and saw that they didn't have very good reviews which made me nervous. I decided to go anyway and use my gift certificate since I didn't want to waste it. I chose a 45 minute full body massage since it was the same price as my gift certificate. The massage itself was OK, I did have to tell him several times that his pressure was too hard but overall it was decent. The problem was when it came time to tip. I didn't have any cash so I asked him if I can tip on the card and he said yes, then he asked me how much I would like to tip and I said eight dollars thinking that was a decent tip. He glared at me and then said in a very stern voice, "Eight dollars? No, ten dollars." I was thrown off by this demand for a couple dollars more when he pointed to the sign that said they charged extra for card. I thought OK fine, since it's my fault I didn't bring cash. I'll just say yes cause what else was I gonna do then he rang me up and handed me my receipt. As I walked back to my car, I looked at the receipt and realized that he actually charged me $11. Showing a $10 tip and a one dollar card charge. I left because I wasn't gonna make a fuss about it, but they will not be getting my business anymore. read more

Please do not go to this massage place. The new owners are very rude. They did not honor my package card that I paid for before the pandemic and was not able to use during the pandemic lockdown. Their prices are also much more expensive than the current rates. The lady owner also rudely insisted for a tip despite her ineffective massage and poor customer service. She even spoke rude mandarin language in front of her customers. She didn't know her customers understood her rude mandarin words towards others. She was passive aggressive and treated her workers badly too. Also, the towels, pillows and blankets used are old, discolored and smelly. Years ago with the original owners, I went to this massage place almost weekly but with these new rude owners and management, I am definitely not coming back. If you do not want to experience my dissatisfaction, you should avoid this massage place at all costs. read more

I've been getting massages here regularly for about two years. I always leave a minimum of 20% tip. Today I was shocked when the manager pretty much demanded that I leave a tip and then stated it needed to be a minimum of $15. I was planning to leave a $15 tip ..but I couldn't believe she would even talk to me in such a way and it's rude to tell a customer how much they should tip ...it's a tip based on services rendered. I told her I always tip the standard 20% to which she replied "this isn't a restaurant." So much for my relaxing massage. I'm not sure I'll be back. This place has new owners and they are HORRIBLE. I usually try to support small business owners but these people have no idea how to run a business. I went in super pregnant and I was the only customer in the whole place. I did the usual $45 - 60 minute massage. The lady who was doing my massage kept talking to 2 of her coworkers... which within minutes turned into them arguing full blown. She kept stopping the massage to tell back at her colleagues who eventually were surrounding me and yelling back and fourth. I had no idea what they were yelling about. However whatever it was pissed of my masseuse to the point she literally got up and left me laying there.... The others chased after her, while another woman prepared to take over... my masseuse then returned and went back to work as if nothing happened. The massage was mediocre, more of aggressive rubbing on my back and legs with limited technique which I assumed was a result of my pregnancy. So after this uncomfortable situation when I was leaving I paid cash ( they charge extra for CC) and I paid about 12% in tip because of the horrible and awkward experience, the masseuse laughed in my face... and the owner told me I had to tip more- he suggested twice as much as I tipped... over 20% of a tip?!? After you all fought and give me a crappy and stressful massage?! How the hell did he even have the audacity. I told him he wasn't getting anymore money from me nor anymore business. I used to go monthly when the old owners were here, I even drove 20minutes to go. read more

I just left from this place and I'm just appalled at the attitudes and service I got... my first time there using a gift certificate I received for a 1 hour massage and that was the first red flag when the lady at the front desk looked irritated and told me there was a fee to use the certificate? Fine whatever paid it... the massage what great! I thought, fantastic! Finally found a place I can go on the regular! NOPE... got dressed, went up front and tipped the guy, asked the lady if he was available on Friday's cuz I want to make an appointment and the response was..... first from the guy that I didn't tip enough! Then from the lady that I owe her for an extra 30 mins... wait! What?? There is a minimum tip fee and if they feel like going over the time limit they WILL and you must pay weather you agreed to it or not... what the actual fuck?!?
