Her name calling, character attacks, and return to my review even 10 days ago have proven that indeed I made the correct assessment. I understand things happen, and as I stated in my reply that I felt bad she was sick. I had no way of knowing that, because she never responded or created a message. I actually would have changed my review had she reached out and explained. But that was not her choice response. She called me names, she implied I was a person who had no empathy or compassion. She continues to return to my original post and makes or other one-touch comments. A person like this isn't somebody I would ever want in my personal space, let alone touching me. Just so you know... This is the second time around for us, due to another injury, unfortunately. However, they have made the experience worth it. They are caring individuals and as a team.
