They have been picking on the staff constantly AND the owners husband HIT one of the staff members child that was there. The child was no older than 3 or 4. I could not believe it. There are 3 nail techs- a middle aged gentleman, a middle aged lady and what appears to be a younger male (Nathan), who I prefer. I have been going for about 1 year and I am usually able to get a pedicure with less than a 15-20 minute wait. Today I was with the older gentleman and to the other reviewers- he is more rough than the lady and Nathan. I was not pleased that he took short cuts as I ordered the pearl pkg and he was not thorough didn't rinse soap off before applying paraffin wax; applied lotion with the wax on my feet and didn't swap out the wet towel under my feet for a dry one. My other point is that his nail painting skills suck. From now on I will stick with Nathan who does fabulous leg messages and preciseness with polish. The lady is pretty good as well. Stay away from the older guy!

They started with him first (only two technicians) and had put his feet in some type of jelly. Then the same was done to mine. Not a problem except they never asked what type of pedicure we wanted and I had to ask how much. So the one who was doing my husband's feet (she did my hands earlier in the week) had given me the pamphlet and it was under the basic pedicures but the most expensive one. In addition, my husband tipped them 16 ($8 each) and when we were balancing our books she added an additional $4. Not sweating over the $4, BUT she had no right to add more money for their tip.
