My nails turned out great! However, the nail techs not so much. Julie and Allen were EXTREMELY nosy and rude. They kept asking me if I had a boyfriend or a husband. Then when I replied "no", they gave me a dirty look. After I payed, I noticed they charged me $150! For French tip! That is way too much money for something as simple as that. Especially with a tip. WORST MEMORY POSSIBLE! I took my wife by here while we were on a business trip to get her nails done. Not only did they do a terrible job and used the wrong color, while I was waiting, I sat and watched a roach crawl across the floor. The place stinks terrible and that probably explains the bugs. She said it hurt at times when they were doing her nails which is unusual. I tried to speak to someone there about the issues but she kept pointing to some lady outside that was too busy yelling at some guy for parking in front of the store. When I did get to speak to that lady all she would say was "NO REFUNDS!" Now my wife feels like she is getting an infection under one of her nails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS place!! read more

My bridal party went to this salon to get our nails done and pedicures the day before my wedding. We all got dip nails and deluxe pedicures. Needless to say we each spent around $100 each. Within 3 days we had all broken nails. I was on my honeymoon when 3 of my nails broke and I had to get them repaired. One of my bridesmaids went back to the salon for a repair. She was argued with about the color of her nails and ended up with one nail that didn't match the others because the gentleman wouldn't listen. Sad that we spent over $500 for nails that didn't even last a week. Avoid this salon. read more

Well.... my lady in Little Rock of 20 years retired and closed her store from doing nails! I have been looking for a new place! I have went there 3 times the first time was okay but I asked for bright neon pink and got orange (it was the dip my nails $45)!!! The second time was okay but in 3 days it already started chipping so I went back the owner was nice and fixed it no charge(which is what they should do) this last time the owners wife did my nails she was in such a hurry, she was so rough and did a terrible job with dip the next day it's chipping so I go back she fixes it I tip her 10$ so we're looming at 60$ now for a dip and now the next day ALL OF THEM ARE CRACKED AND CHIPPED!!!! SHE DID THIS ON PURPOSE!!! I will never go back. My daughter and I were supposed to do pedicures there today but I'll NEVER step foot in there again!!! She missed good $ I get then dipped every 15 days!!! Today I will be trying Star Nails!!!! read more

I like to give a business a couple chances before making up my mind about them. I've been to Memory Nails 4 times now and I am absolutely shocked at the customer service they give. My first experience, I had a lady at desk#5 (if that helps) who took her time, was extremely detail oriented and I was thoroughly impressed with my nails. However my second time, I believe it was the owner (one of the men) who did my nails-- absolute horrendous job. He rushed though I was one of maybe 3 other customers at the time. My nails were so thick and had bubbles in the polish. He was so rude. My third and fourth time were both with the same guy (younger one) who had no personality and was unbelievably rude, burned me, made my nails uneven, rushed both times. And today he didn't hand me my card back when it came time to pay, I didn't realize it until after I had left, so I drove back only to walk in, no one agknowledged me and he had put my card on the table and left it there-- where anyone could've taken it! So disgusted with the 'service' here. Will not be back. read more

i got dip frech tip and it was not smoothed out all the way so there are bumps and ridges all over 6 of my nails. and i asked for a nude pink under the white tip and he said the color was nude when in fact it was clear and you can see the natural nail underneath and they were going to charge me for getting them fixed when i was there yesterday and didnt recieve what i had asked for. read more
