RAVE: VN Nails Spa in Bryant. I use to get pedicures every fewmonths for years, however, I'd leave disappointed more times than not...until now! This was my first time at VN Nails and it was amazing! The nail specialists were two young males who took the time to make my friend and I feel special - not rushed, not a number, but genuinely cared for. I've frequented many of the nail salons in Benton and Bryant, and this one is the best! I was there over an hour, selected the organic pedicure and got an AMAZING foot massage - not the typical flimsy foot massage most places give so you leave quicker, freeing up a new chair for another paying customer - but a real foot massage! The owner is a sweet woman who saw me take a photo of the brochure, came over to encourage me to take it, while thanking me for coming. It always takes time to build a clientele and we all know that manicures and pedicures are a luxery service that are considered a "treat" because of the price...so if you are needing to be pampered, have aching feet and want pretty toes, try them. I absolutely love coming to VN nails. The staff are very nice. I never have an issue with any of the services I receive. I'm not very picky about who does my nails but they all have done my nails and I am satisfied everytime. I have been coming for a while now, since they opened and they always make my visit so pleasant! I always look forward to returning. They will always be who I recommend over and over again. I was in the salon earlier and witnessed a male who may be the owner threatening and screaming at a customer. The customer did absolutely nothing wrong and definitely wasn't causing a scene. Nina who owns the place never acts like this but she was also present during the ordeal at the end and did nothing to stop it. I requested my usual umbra nails. The quality is ALWAYS top notch. The vibe in the spa is very calming and tranquil. Nia (the owner) remembers your concerns and needs as a regular customer.
