Son did my nails and she did a good job but overcharged me big time. First she ripped my real trying to take off my dip... ripped it in half down to my skin and said it was because my nail was thin. I understand things like that can happen because my nail was then BUT then she charged me $65 dollars for dip bc I asked her to paint a very thin white tip. She said 45 for the dip 25 for the shellac. I tipped her still for her time but I will not be going back. She could have possibly earned a customer instead of a one time payment. read more

I came in here for a simple manicure, and they were super nice. As a guy that strives to get the best manicures, this s the place! This nail salon has got to be the best in the Central Arkansas area. I have been to many salons in the area, from Little Rock, to Conway, to Benton; all highly recommended, but not as best as Natural Nails in North Little Rock. Everyone here is so nice, quick and extremely clean. I recommended this place to my friend and now this is her go to place :) I ask for either May or Nikki. They are both nice and great to be around with; will definitely make they my go to nail salon in the Central Arkansas area from now on :) *one thing I do wish it would change; I wish there was music. This is our new favorite place My best friend took me here for my birthday to get our pedicures. We had made an appointment the morning of. We arrived a few minutes ahead of our time and only waited a few minutes to be seated. Mae was the pedicurist and she is awesome, very sweet and did a wonderful job. We got the $45 pedicure that includes the scent you select for soaking your feet, callus removal , leg massage and hot stone massage plus the color of polish you select. The massage chairs are great and the experience was very relaxing. The shop is very clean and relaxing. The staff are all very nice and do not shout out or talk to each other or laugh at you like some shops I have been to. I do recommend making an appointment so you are sure to not have to wait but they also take walk ins. read more

My mother recently got a pedicure here and was too nice to say anything about the amount she was charged. A regular pedicure at natural nails has always cost me $35, but my mother was charged an additional $25 because she asked for a French pedicure. The lady who over priced this service (which requires a lot less nail polish to complete) even YELLED at us whenever we tried to TIP her for her service, even though that extra $25 she randomly added would've been way more than enough. I never got the name of the woman that ruined our experience here, but she had a very short black bob cut, she was short herself, she had a French pedicure as well, and was wearing croc sandals. If you happen to visit natural nails, do yourself a favor and avoid this woman. And don't bother tipping her because she might scream at you. read more

They must have paid to remove all their bad reviews. Unless this place is under new management I wouldn't come here. Went 3 times (bc it's so close to my house) but I never had a good experience. Used tools, uneven nails and lots of nicks on my fingers from the drill. read more

Been to a few salons here in town and was having no good experiences until going here to get a fill. This place had a great atmosphere, very clean and tidy. All the employees seemed very happy and friendly! More importantly, they did a great job! They were really quick but very picky..cared about little things I hadnt ever seen anywere else do. They also kept asking me if I liked what they were doing before continuing. Definitely recommend!! read more
