I wanted French tips and no pink on my toes Andrew understood the assignment. Andrew was kind and my toes look great. My cousin also choose the candle option and she wanted French tip and no pink on her toes..... the woman who did her toes put pink and I noticed immediately before she had even finished paining her toe and the lady was like no that's your skin my cousin responded kindly my skin is not pink please remove the pink the lady was like it's not pink and I said it is and she got very irritated. We told her before she even finished two toes. The lady gets up comes back with the file to take the pink off and didn't say anything to my cousin after and you could tell by her body language she was irritated and frustrated. Anyways when she used the paint clear that Andrew did you could see the entire difference. Anyways, besides that the pedicures were good. I had my eyebrows done and the sweet woman who did them was so nice and very gentle. I will go back Feedback for management, when people walk in smile say hello how are you today, when someone doesn't like a color don't argue with the customer and tell them it's there skin color when it's not. I had the worst experience in my life at this salon today. I have never been treated so horribly at a nail salon in my life. I was under the impression that if you voice your opinion on the service you are receiving then they would fix it. No, this lady was yelling and cussing in front of my child. She refused to finish my daughter's design and they still charged me the full amount. I will never go in this place again! He rushed through it and didn't push back or trim my cuticles. He overlaid the acrylic to my skin and cuticles. Super thick acrylic. Huge chunks left under my nails.. He practically poured the liquid over the acrylic rather than brushing it on not taking proper care to avoid contact with my skin.. I could barely breathe the smell was so strong. He talked me into gel polish for $10 extra but didn't use enough coats to properly cover my nails. Neither service included a leg or arm massage like most salons. The place was filthy. No one sanitized between clients. Towels were not changed for pedicures and they weren't even used on the manicure tables.

In my first review I raved about this salon because of the quality of our cuts and then we had a not so good experience but knowing the owner cares and guarantees to prevent this from happening to anyone else and apologized and gave us our money back and offered to fix it means that she does truly care about her clients. Originally I recommended this business but unfortunately after our last experience I will no longer recommend this business. My daughter 12 yrs old and her daddy went and had her cut there and my daughter came home crying because the woman who cut her hair absolutely butchered her hair. It was awful. I immediately reached out to the owner and said hey my daughter's hair looks terrible can we work to fix this, the owner never responded. I emailed and texted her. I know people will say your daughter should have said something while there well she is 12 and she didn't want to hurt the ladies feelings and didn't want her to get mad. I ended up taking my daughter literally the next day to a different shop and we all stood in shock at the butchered cut The mane brand hair did on my daughter's hair. A beverage was offered, which was nice. However, there was no interest in the photos I brought for my new hairstyle. There was no questions nor conversation during the whole 12 minute process. Hardly a precision cut and it did not look anything like the photos I brought in... I would not pay that much for a cut from this salon again.
