I wanted French tips and no pink on my toes Andrew understood the assignment. Andrew was kind and my toes look great. My cousin also choose the candle option and she wanted French tip and no pink on her toes..... the woman who did her toes put pink and I noticed immediately before she had even finished paining her toe and the lady was like no that's your skin my cousin responded kindly my skin is not pink please remove the pink the lady was like it's not pink and I said it is and she got very irritated. We told her before she even finished two toes. The lady gets up comes back with the file to take the pink off and didn't say anything to my cousin after and you could tell by her body language she was irritated and frustrated. Anyways when she used the paint clear that Andrew did you could see the entire difference. Anyways, besides that the pedicures were good. I had my eyebrows done and the sweet woman who did them was so nice and very gentle. I will go back Feedback for management, when people walk in smile say hello how are you today, when someone doesn't like a color don't argue with the customer and tell them it's there skin color when it's not. From an HR perspective he should have been dismissed. He was saying you won't be here long and you don't know what you're doing, just sit down. But yelling and in a demeaning tone. Honestly, after being stuck there for 3 hours and me constantly reassuring his staff member they were doing good because it was the lack of communication and leadership from the owner. I actually wanted to leave but didn't because myself and another guest were standing up for his staff member. He literally belittled her and treated her disgusting. She should file a hostile workplace suite on him. To top it off, our nails were horrible. My girls never want to hurt peoples feelings but I will kindly ask for items to be corrected especially when the total was over $300 My daughter's nails were so bad she cried and begged me not to say anything. They were all filed in different shapes and even the woman who painted the design was clearly in shock with how bad of a job the owner did on them. My second daughter pedicure was a French tip with no pink paint, they still did pink but she said I can deal with it but then her nails literally no words, I did say something like you need to fix these and he said I have another appointment and I can't and there on already so I would have to restart in that moment my daughter cried. I was livid and I said you need to fix them they look horrendous my daughter begged me to leave it, so I did. My 4 year old niece had her toes and fingers painted that's all they charged us $40 are you kidding me mind you we were there for over three hours because they overbooked I'm still upset about our experience and I should have not paid for their services but I did. I went back and forth with the owner for over 35 minutes because and I quote " all prices are different then the price sheet" my niece 14 got mani pedi for $50 nope it was $75 I asked why he said oh cause the person who did her toes cost different, honestly I don't know how this place is in business. It's not clean ( osha) needs to investigate without notice and the disgusting treatment of the employees is a walking law suit for harassment and hostile work environment. What is sad about it his staff won't file because they need a job and he would be the kind of ex boss to give horrible reference feedback and really it's due to the abundance of stress they are working under and if they quit no unemployment so these people are stuck. He rushed through it and didn't push back or trim my cuticles. He overlaid the acrylic to my skin and cuticles. Super thick acrylic. Huge chunks left under my nails.. He practically poured the liquid over the acrylic rather than brushing it on not taking proper care to avoid contact with my skin.. I could barely breathe the smell was so strong. He talked me into gel polish for $10 extra but didn't use enough coats to properly cover my nails. Neither service included a leg or arm massage like most salons. The place was filthy. No one sanitized between clients. Towels were not changed for pedicures and they weren't even used on the manicure tables.
