i used to come here for my nail appointments but i no longer do, my issue is the owner not the nail techs. she's rude, she's bad at nails, she is constantly looking over the techs shoulders and she recently fired one of the nail techs for not charging their own family for $20. she's money hungry for someone who's hardly there other than to bitch at people about all the things they're not doing when she could just do it herself. read more

I went there to get acrylic fills and it's the best experience in a nail salon I have ever had. Everyone there is super nice and friendly. They also have a ton of nail polish colors to choose from. I got a design that was decently complicated and I think she did a great job! read more

No greeting let alone acknowledgement on arrival. Stylist was running late, no acknowledgement there either until I asked. Got a deluxe pedicure, which was far from deluxe. Chairs were uncomfortable. The water bath was just a giant pot of warm water with additive. No real nail shaping, nail cut, or cuticle work. The massage was minimal, and unlike every other pedicure, did not extend to the legs. Polish was streaky. Definitely not worth the price. Do not recommend. read more

I rarely get manicures (that may be changing) but not only was she meticulous (she redid my thumbnails several times because they weren't curing properly), she was friendly, personable and talked to me about options for me in the future. Someone a gonna wipe out in this place. So I have been a customer for a few years now. They recently remodeled and they have a platform with all the chairs. The problem is... when you step down you are stepping onto a tiny square step. It is GOING to cause someone to fall. It is not disabled friendly!!!! One of the nail techs has skulls out and they play with tarot cards. Not cool. At least not to me. Be prayed up if you do go. I will only go back if they install railing on the platforms and if the nail tech with the skulls has her stuff put away. Don't think those things will happen. Also, parking is a serious problem. read more

I cannot say enough good things. I booked my first appointment after having been to two nail salons (after having the best manicure of my life in a town in a Walmart outside Omaha. The two nail salons I went to JC were so disappointing. And then I walked into Vibes and had a manicure and gel polish with Destiny. I am so impressed. My polish chipped (due to a split in my mail that I've had for a long time) and they immediately got me in for a repair. I'll go to this salon as long as they're open. I just wish they did cat's eye! read more

Booked an appointment online and came in to be told I had to wait an hour. It also took 40 minutes for someone to walk up and apologize for the mix up. Ended up waiting the hour and was told I would be taken back in a couple minutes and was continuously ignored for additional 20 minutes. No real apology or efforts to fix the situation. Do not recommend to anyone in this area. There are nicer salons out there. read more

Made a last minute appointment while I was in town based on other reviews and I was not remotely disappointed. Destiny did my nails and did a fantastic job. I bite and pick at my nails relentlessly and she patiently built my nails out with acrylic and left my hands looking gorgeous. I only wish I could put her in my pocket and take her back to California with me. 15/10, highly recommend. Cute shop, fun art on the walls and just a nice, chill vibe. I'd be in here regularly if I lived anywhere but across the country. read more

You can read my first review to see how I actually feel about this business but because of and unbelievable experience I had I want to share more. I have had a bad accident about four and a half years ago set cause a lot of strange things to happen in my body and one of them was the thumbnail on my left hand kept splitting, I tried acrylic nails, cutting it very short, super glue etc etc etc and nothing work! So when I went to Vive nails and Jennifer said she had this magic potion??? It wasn't going to hide my broken nail it was going to help it heal? I want to point out that this nail was actually able to cuz the acrylic to split because it would split all the way back to the cuticle and then after nail with peel off painfully. So I humored Jennifer and let her Tri her magic potion to so I wouldn't have to disappoint her myself and I would just let the nailry cracking show her that there was no cure for this. now after my third visit I'm going to post before and after pictures and then I'm going to sit down and enjoy a nice meal of my own words read more
