Terrible salon. Slow and rude. A simple polish change threw them into a quandary and I was the only customer. polish thin in places, multiple cuts to my cuticles and polish all over my fingers that I had to ask to be removed. Neither of them wanted to do my nails and when they did finally decide who would do they, they were pissed off and showed it! I will never ever go to Angel Nails Kingston ever again!!! I went in at 10:40am there was absolutely no one waiting, once I got started I quickly realized why... the man doing my nails was very rude & running late. I showed him the photo of the pink nails & he got the foil out and put it on his desk, as well as the pink gel he polish. He then began my fill-in, once he got started to do the paint he asked me to pick out a glitter color, gold? I said I don't want the gold painted. I want the foil like we discussed. He then started to drill my nail very hard and told me he was gonna have to redo it when he already knew what to do when I sat down, so then I told him I didn't have time and I would have to do something else so now I'm stuck with nails that I dont like.. black nails when I wanted pink. I was literally crying in the dudes chair and was not once acknowledged. I'm just very upset with my last 3 experiences there. I will never return to this location nor recommend it to anyone I know!! i wish i could give no star but i had to. they're very rude. not friendly at all. the place is dirty and the service is just awful. never going back. i did a walk in and they weren't welcoming at all. they did a bad job on my nails as well and are over priced! i could have gotten these exact nails done in knoxville for cheaper, in fact i have. it's ridiculous how much they charge for how bad of an experience it is. i don't understand why anyone would go there. definitely not recommending it to anyone. read more

I went on a Monday at lunchtime and they were busy!!! They had plenty people to accommodate all the clients but there was still a wait. They kept me informed and got me started as soon as possible. Color selection was ok, I didn't check out any specialities. I got a basic mani and pedi. I'll probably go back, everyone was nice and the place was clean. read more

i have talked to many of my friends looking for a nail place, and this company was on the bottom of their list. i called asking if i could make an appointment, asking the estimated price for a whole acrylic set. she was very rude, and very short. i don't not suggest this place whatsoever. read more

Not great service at all. Had an appointment at 5:45, waited 30 minutes before even being helped. They told me to wash my hands multiple times and I believe they were just killing time. I had my color picked out and ready for a manicure, and no one got around to me as I sat in the chair. Decided to go down to Harriman, Premier Nails instead! read more

If I could give it no stars I would. This place was dirty and the people were rude. I have pink and whites and the guy puts the wrong color pink on. When I asked him why he said he didn't have the same color. He should have told me and I would have gone somewhere else. It looked terrible and I told him. He said he could take all my nails off and start over (not an option due to time and I didn't like his pink) or cover it with polish. I chose the polish and then they charged me $15 extra dollars for gel polish! Polish I didn't want in the first place. I will never go back. read more
