The next day they were popping off like they were press on ones. I call and the manager said I could get them fixed free. When I go to get them fixed they werent even gonna redo the nails, just take off my remaining 4 out of 10 gel nails. They end up redoing them in acrylic like I wanted, and attempted to charge me 80 dollars, AGAIN. And could not comprehend the fact they were supposed to be a free fix. Absolutely terrible.

I got my toes done and was the quickest pedicure i've…read moreever had. i had no prep done to my toes and two days later all my nail polish was chipping off and not lasting. so i went back in to have them redone. i was then made fun of and was told nail polish won't last that i need to do gel next time. i then asked before they painted my toes if they could prep them better to have it stay. and i was told "no. we don't have to do that" after they did my toes i was then made fun of when they said "your toes are all new. and will last TWO months". they laughed in my face and made fun of me the entire time i was there. is it so hard to want your nail polish to last longer than 2 days?

It's been two days and already have tenderness around toe nails. Other than that, the pedi massage was relaxing and nail color application is good. John did my manicure. Color application is good and I like the fact the acrylic is not built up so thick but breaking the skin on my finger tips and around cuticles with very aggressive filling is painful. Concerns over infection because I know new files are not used on each client. I'll go back in a pinch but I will keep looking for my go to place every two weeks because my manicurist quit due to family issues and I've been going to her for years.

And then he starts mumbling under his breath to the nail tech sitting next to him, he won't look at you, and they keep it up. Then when the powder is coming together and it is too bright or dark, they tell you nothing can be done. And he blames the client. We are forking out the money, so we should be able to leave with the type of nails we want ~ looking like we want it to look.
