Great venue for concerts, hockey games, graduation,etc. From our seat, we could see the graduates as they walked in and when they went up when their name was called. A decent multi-purpose arena. Came here with friends for a comedy show and thoroughly enjoyed the event. This arena is the home of the Everett Silvertips and hosts various concerts, events, trade shows,etc. The main floor converts into an ice rink. There's also a conference center complete with meeting rooms and large ballroom. Arena seating comfort is and the forward facing angle allows for a clear view of the main floor or stage. There are some concession stands serving hotdogs, popcorn, nachos, pizza, and drinks. They even have beer and cider. Pricing is on the higher end, which is expected. The arena is located in downtown Everett. Parking is available via Snohomish County Parking Garage, Republic Parking, Everpark Parking Garage, or street level. read more

Had a great time at the Silvertips game. Don't attend often but a fun venue. Employees are usually friendly and courteous. Food and drink prices are higher that street prices but not out of hand. Could use more restrooms for what the arena holds. Overall a fun place to visit. Looking forward to the Wolfpack (arena football) first season here. Enjoyed it back in the day. read more

Went and saw Brad Paisley and had a fantastic time and yeah the music was great but I really enjoyed the general size and layout of the venue. The lighting and display effects were so much fun. I've been to a number of smaller and larger venues and either the inside is confusing or the area around it is insanely busy and hard to park at due to where the building is. There are plenty of restaurants and a few really fun looking bars nearby but it's really worth trying some local spots away from the arena - we found a really nice pupusaria that was well worth our time and clearly a local favorite. read more

Very pleasant people to work with. They always seem to have a smile on their face and enjoy their jobs. This was just a quick stop to pick up tickets for an upcoming match. We have always enjoyed attending. This is one sport in which the fans have pride in their country. We have seen Americans singing both the American national anthem and the Canadian anthem. That is respect for our neighbors to the north. If you enjoy sports, this is a good one to get season ticket for. The stadium has a good variety of food vendors to choose from. This was my first time at this venue (for a concert) and I love how intimate it feels, even seating 8k. I'm only writing a review for those of y'all that want to know what the alcoholic options are before you go. 80% of the booze is beer. Lots of options. There were a few seltzer options and thankfully the Nutrl options weren't crazy sweet. There was a Cutwater Mule can that was so cloyingly sweet it went straight into the trash and we opted to double fist Nutrl's instead. They also had canned sparkling wine. I wish they had mixed drink options so I could get more bang for my buck, but the straight hard stuff was only available to the Beyoncé's in the suites. Moral of the story: if you're a hard alcohol person, get your fill at a nearby bar before you head in. read more

Easy access. Plenty of parking in parking garage. Even on a busy hockey or concert event the flow in and out is great. Lines for beer and food can be long, but know they did create pods around the arena close to seating. If you wait for "breaks" in events it's worse! Go when when you want something and the event is in swing. Bathroom lines also same way. We have been to other event centers all over PNW and this by far is one of our favorites for smooth in and out and great events that are held here. Blippi the musical was held at the Angel of the Winds arena. Both the arena and production company did a fantastic job ensuring parking, entry regulations (bag policy,) cleanliness, arena temperature, food/beverage availability, safety, and seating were all very well handled. The staff made sure gates were in place, and aisles were clear to permit safe dancing, and random potty breaks were easily attainable. I wouldn't hesitate attending another event held at this arena; I highly recommend! read more

I attended my first event at Angel of the Winds Arena and I absolutely loved it! It was easy to get to (close to I-5) and there is unlimited free street parking on weekends! There are also several paid parking garages and surface lots. We got to the area early and ate at a nearby restaurant (there are several good options on Hewitt Ave). I think most of those places are skilled at handling big rushes of customers before and after events. I got my tickets through Ticketmaster, so they were on my phone. Going through security was a snap and there was no line, but we did go there fairly early (the doors opened 90 minutes before the show). I been to Lumen Field in Seattle a few times, but I loved how this place is a lot smaller. I think even the "nosebleed" seats aren't that far away LOL. I thought the concessions were very reasonably priced. I got a huge bag of movie theater popcorn for $6.50 and it was delicious. There were a ton of ushers and they helped people find their seats. The ones I talked to were super friendly and they seemed to really enjoy their jobs. I would definitely come back and I look forward to attending my next event here. read more

Well, this reminds of of the 70's hockey arena in Seattle. Nothing overly special about this facility yet on occasion I will find myself here for a medium sized concert like tonight for Judas Priest! The Hellion has returned to the NW and skipped Seattle for Everett! I guess Everett is more metal than Seattle so the 1 hour drive north was a necessity to head bang tonight. Now because I was front row they make you walk down a huge flight of steps to get to the belly of arena. After finding my seat it was time to go rock. Needless to say security could have monitored things better cause all the losers with inferior seats were always trying find there way into the front row. Do your job better so issues won't arise due to your negligence. If you find yourself at a show here just appreciate you have a venue for something. Downtown Everett is very walkable, even in the rain, so I'd recommend foregoing shelling out for parking if possible. I was in town for the Seattle Storm vs Phoenix Mercury, and this was my first experience with vaccinated and unvaccinated sections (there were two entrances based on vaccine status). Outside they had workers specifically checking vaccination status (could show a photo of your vaccine card), who would then give you a bracelet before you went through the ticket check and security. Inside the arena, there were signs indicating if you were in a vaccinated area or about to enter an unvaccinated area. If you were vaccinated, there didn't seem to be any workers checking if people chose to go into the unvaccinated area, but there were some workers in the unvaccinated area (I assume to ensure people weren't going into the vaccinated area). There's a good amount of concession stands throughout the building, but variety seems to be lacking (mostly the same vendor with beverages and hot food items). Drink prices, for a sporting event, were okay. In addition to backpacks, they prohibit outside drinks and food, so be ready to fork over $5 if you're wanting water or a minimum of $5 for alcohol. The arena is pretty small, especially if you've been to other arenas. I believe the Storm are temporarily using this location until the Climate Pledge Arena opens next year (?). The way the rows are angled makes it a bit challenging if you're carrying multiple drinks. However I didn't find the rows too narrow when getting to my seat and having multiple people stand. Needing to get out during the game/show? Climbing over the seats seemed to be the preferred method, just be sure you lift up the arm rests to make it easier. There isn't a set merch store, and I was told earlier in the year Storm merch wasn't offered at games. I think I lucked out with attending a fan merch night, as they had a pop up table. read more

Our recent visits to Angel of the Winds Arena have been primarily for the AFL (Arena Football League) WA Wolfpack games. Previously, we attended a Storm game and a couple of Silvertips games over the years. Each visit has been a fun experience. A fun highlight about the AFL games is you get to keep the ball if you get it in the stands, and a fun small football toss at halftime for prizes. Parking: We typically park in the Hoyt parking garage, which is convenient as there is no fee each time we park there. It is about a 5-7-minute walk and this makes attending events more economical and stress-free for us. Venue and Staff: The facility is consistently clean, and the staff we encounter are always friendly and helpful. The arena's clear bag policy is strictly enforced. There is a section of the arena that holds memorabilia which is a fun thing to look through when visiting. Concessions: A notable addition is the new self-checkout station for beverages and snacks. With four checkout screens and a staff member checking IDs before payment, the process is efficient. We have used this station each visit, and the lines move quickly. Food Quality: A highlight of my recent visit was the pretzel I got from one of the stands. It was the freshest and warmest pretzel I've ever had at a sporting event, far surpassing the usual fare that often seems to have been sitting for a while. This is a great venue to see a concert. I saw Chris Tomlin in concert and I was very impressed. The arena is the perfect size, so just about every seat provides a great view. The acoustics are very good in the arena, and the staff was very helpful. Parking is located conveniently across the street, so it's a very short walk. This is gonna be a small niche complaint. They rent out the ice to youth hockey, which is nice, but I'm sure they're getting paid for it. Problem is their security guards are, shall we say not exactly the brightest lights in the harbor. We've gone up there before and had no issues but now all of a sudden, the security guards seem to be rather full of themselves and not very bright. The first game we went to the security guard told us that we couldn't take the stairs up to get to the seating so we could watch the kids play. Kept telling us we had to go back down the hall, where the entrance is into the actual hockey boxes (for the players) were. Telling us that there were that would take us up to the seating. Even if this was true, which it wasn't telling us that we couldn't go up the main staircase to get to the seats or taking another stairway to get to the seats (that didn't exist) was like telling people you can't go through the right hand door to get to the same place that you can go through the left-hand door to get to. Ended up just ignoring the clown and taking the stairs up we originally (as well as the ones we have used before when we have had to endure going to Everett for Hockey). What a bunch of 3rd world chuckle heads. There are reasons folks stay out of Everett unless that have to go. Kind of like Tacoma. read more

The arena is very easy to traverse through. The extra wide hallways and obvious signage make it difficult to get lost. There are multiple bathrooms located throughout the arena and the wait for the women's room is never long, if at all. There is plenty of parking outside of the arena. There is a parking garage and a parking lot that charge $5+ and street parking is often free. There are 2 entrances into the arena which allow most of the foot traffic to be split up. The arena is always clean with plenty of staff around to assist anyone in need read more

With construction underway on the Key Arena, Seattle Storm will be playing at Angel of the Winds for two years. Arena doors open 1 hour before the game starts. Free street parking can be found if one arrives early enough. Paid parking is also available. Inside the area, one will find game paraphernalia to purchase, a variety of food kiosk's, beverage kiosk's (full bar) and several restrooms. Craft beer was $10 for a 20oz pour. Drinks are allowed to be taken back to the seats. Overall, I'd much rather watch a game at Angel of the Winds than travel to the Key Arena. read more

At a Casting Crowns concert. The performances are amazing!!! Parking near by breaks your bank. $30 for a spot. The doors open an hour before the concert, thankfully it wasn't raining; we stood outside in a slow moving line for 20+ minutes. You go through 3 posts. 1. Bag check- no food or drinks or weapons 2. Scan your body with a metal detector 3. Your ticket scanned. The crowd is intense, long lines for bathrooms (except the men's bathroom of course), lines for food, drink, merchandise etc. We set out to our seats in the nose bleed section. The sound is great from up here, but the people trying to find their seats even an hour into the concert was very distracting. There is not a lot of leg room and the steep stadium seats made it very awkward and dangerous. Tips: arrive at least an hour early. Bring an umbrella if forecast is bad and a warm coat. Park a long ways off and park for cheap...er, don't bring snacks or they will become their snacks, pick a seat that doesn't have anyone in front of you or be prepared for constant distraction. And finally, bring a seat cushion. My booty is hurting something fierce on this wood seat. read more

AOWA is an awesome venue. It is SOOOO clean for an arena. Extremely impressed with how tidy it is. I only wish Lumen field or T-Mobile park could be as clean as this place. Only problem I have experience so far here is the lack of bars that pour liquor and the lack of liquor options at the two bars that do pour ( which are far apart and poorly mentioned online). More booze options, and better maps and descriptions of everything online would make for a much better customer experience. Everything else however is good. The staff were super friendly and handled everything well. I haven't had the food here yet, but I imagine the venue could use more food options and better quality food concessions, as almost is any stadium's issue. read more

I've been here several times for different venues or entertainment. They operate smoothly and pretty darn organized if you ask me. They check every bags upon entry of the arena. I brought my grandkids here today for Blippi musical and of course, it's for children entertainment so, I did what I had to do--drink coffee so I can manage to stay awake. Lol I'm just so happy to see the kiddos enjoying themselves. All that matters to me. We had popcorn and freshly fried doughnuts sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. They got their high and so I did too! Haha It lasted about 2 forever hours but good turn out. This place is always clean and safe. Check for future events and you'll see what I'm babbling about. Before I go, they have their own parking and most of the time, it cost 20 bucks all day. This arena is well watched by staff. They have ton of staff here. I think it's great for safety measures. read more

I'm a frequent visitor to this venue during hockey season like most others. It's located centrally in downtown Everett. There are plenty of restaurants and watering holes within walking distance for those who like to pre-func. If you're on foot though you may get accosted by the local homeless population for a hand out. There's a shelter and diversion center nearby. The arena itself is clean and well maintained and it's easy to navigate. As far as the hockey set up goes the general seating is what you would expect in any other venue of that ilk. The employees are helpful and the other patrons for the most part are easy to get along with. Lots of families go to the games and that's the vibe there. You don't see any of that "season ticket holder" snobbery you get in Seattle for the football games. There are some decent concessions there. I'm not much on beer but they feature Shock Top Belgian as their house beer. I think it was Widmer at one time. The food is arena normal and there are plenty of stands charging arena prices so no surprise there. I had the opportunity to watch a game from a suite and it was fantastic. Very comfortable to watch from there. We had an attendant to do all the food and drink running and a catered spread. Very nice. The minor inconvenience was the door to the suite was directly across from the doors they leave open for smokers to go outside and pollute the surrounding area. The smell wafts into the concourse and you can actually smell it in that part of the arena. It's pretty bad and very noticeable. I can't believe people still smoke. Next game I will be sure to locate across the arena from that corner. Parking is easy and reasonable if you use the county garage next door although egress can be a bear at the end of the game. Back into a spot if you can. Lots of horn honking if there's a victory and in that concrete garage it is LOUD! I've never had a bad experience at the arena whatever it's current appellation is and I plan to keep going back. The hockey games are entertaining and the arena puts on a good light and sound show along with it. read more

This place seems to get a new name all the time, but it does continue to offer a location to see shows that does not involve the horrible traffic and congestion of downtown Seattle. I think the current name is causing people to believe it's located further north at the casino, but I'll let the marketing people worry about that. Unfortunately not too many great things come here, but every once in awhile you find a great option or you could always just come here for graduations and hockey like everyone else. I think the only event I have been to since the name change was Shinedown and Godsmack, but this turned out to be a great venue for it. What this arena lacks in nearby parking lots, it makes up for with the smallness of the venue. Even though its a two story arena you never seem as far away from the stage as you do at most of the other arenas I frequent. It does still have expensive beer prices and long lines for concessions and bathrooms. After an event it does seem to bottleneck with everyone in the arena seemingly heading for the same exit. read more

Old white men shaking their heads at people being joyful seeing someone they've listened to their whole lives. I showed this woman my ticket coming in and she said "GO GO GO IN". Start training your people or firing them and hiring younger people. These oldies are treating us like criminals for having fun. I want a refund for my whole concert just because of the staff here. Went to a concert last night. Required to mask up and show vaccine card which I totally understand. There are signs all over requiring this and it's clear when u but tickets this is a requirement. Nope!! People entering the stadium with no masks and being allowed to by ticket takers. Once inside maybe half of those in the concourse had masks on. I figured it didn't matter after all so I took mine off only to get scolded by some usher as she watched 20 other maskless folks that looked more intimidating walk past without saying a word to them. By nights end I had vendors taking masks off. If u have rules enforce them or don't have them at all. In addition it was about a 45 minute wait to buy a beer. I've been to sold out NHL games in MN where u get a beer in 10 minutes, They ran out of Bud lite at the Kracken game this year. Need far better management. Nice arena otherwise read more

Very nice arena. Restrooms are clean and there is plenty of places to buy beer and food. A little pricey but that's normal. Cheaper than going to a Mariner, Seahawks or Kraken game. Somebody gave us some Silvertip tickets. Really fun time except for some weird people who stand up in front of you or yell at the teams playing. Very inconsiderate of us peaceful folks who just want to watch the game. Other that the place is great. They do need to have traffic control after the game. It's so dark and people just cross everywhere. Maybe they could use some police to control people and cars. People are going to get killed. My 2 cents! read more

Angel of the Winds Arena is a great place to watch Everett Silvertips games (its Hockey for those who dont know or follow sports). Lots of comfortable seating throughout, not too cold or Hot, good selection of food, drinks and beers and lots of parking around Angel of the Winds Arena. Beer is way too expensive, sneak in your own drinks or pre funk before, quick access to major roads and Interstate 5 and helpful staff onsite. This place is OK for home show events, kinda funky how they set it up. All in all, Angel of the Winds Arena isn't too bad of a place. read more

We went to Mannheim Steamroller Sunday evening. Paid for premium floor seating and what a mistake. The arena floor seats are so narrow as to make airline seating seem opulent. No exaggeration to say that the gentleman next to me and I were rubbing shoulders. Disgusting that the arena would be so shortsighted as to cram people so close together for premium seating. Now to the parking. There is none. You are on your own to find street parking or walk a block away to the county courthouse and park in their garage for $20 (for this event).
