Angel Paws feels warm and welcoming. They were very nice and made me feel secure in leaving my dog with them. They have a drop off window so they do operate on a first come, first serve basis and the drop off time is from I believe 8:30-12:30. Yesterday, I dropped Gigi at around 11am and I didn't receive the call until after 6:30 pm to pick her up but she was literally the 2nd to last on the list of drop offs. They did a decent job with her cut and she remembered everything I asked for! Sorry I couldn't get better pics but she didn't want to sit pretty for a pic. Lol! But she looks A LOT BETTER than she looked when I dropped her off. This was my first time bringing my dog to a drop off groomer. We have used mobile groomers for years so it was a new experience but I would definitely return. I love how nice they are and that alone is enough to make me return. read more

I can't say enough great things about Angel Paws! After contacting over 8 different groomers, their prices were by far the most affordable per pet, especially considering how much is included--bath, haircut, nail trim, ear cleaning, anal glands, the works. What really stood out to me was the care and honesty. Kimberly, the owner, has incredible experience with all breeds. I had asked about cutting my German Shepherd's coat, and instead of just agreeing, she actually educated me on why it wasn't the best choice for her coat type. That kind of integrity and care is rare and so appreciated. The staff was just as great--friendly, professional, and clearly good with animals. And the results? My pets have never looked better. Unfortunately, my experience here wasn't what I hoped for. The owner comes across as dismissive, with a smug look on her face....looking like a farm hand from New Zealand like she opens beer bottles with a teeth while she's milking cows at the same time . I felt uncomfortable with how my dogs were handled when they were taken to the back. The grooming itself was not up to my expectations, as I had to make additional corrections at home. And then they had the nerve to threaten to not give my dogs back until I paid a certain fee . For a job they never started yet... After getting quoted crazy prices to have my Doodle groomed, I called Angel Paws and spoke with a very nice lady who told me to bring Bella in so they could meet her and give me a price. I brought her in last week, and the shop is so quaint and clean. The two groomers I met were sweet as can be. They quoted me a very fair price, so I booked an appointment before leaving. I got to bring my Bella in today for a full groom and could not have been happier with the results! Her groomer Janny groomed her exactly as we discussed. She had a few mats, so there was a small additional charge for the added detangling. When paying, Janny told me I can bring her for a bath any time to keep her mat-free in between grooming. They did an excellent job grooming my shih-tzu. I dropped him off at 8am and he was ready about 2 hours later and looked fantastic. They not only did a great job with the grooming, but asked if everything looked how I wanted and if the length was short enough. Other groomers I've been to just hand the dog off to you and don't ask any feedback. Chewie was calm and happy when I picked him up, which is always a good sign of what happens when I'm not there. I can tell you I am very pleased, and the Groomer Janny I think did a beautiful job, making her more beautiful the way a Poodle is suppose to look. If you need good groomer don't look any further, you found it, and they work by appointment only, so your pet doesn't spend at the spa. When I got Trump home and inspected him I noticed a razor cut on his lower abdomen and an injury to his testicles. When I reached out to Angel Paws they denied any wrongdoing. This was my dogs first visit and it will not be the last. Kim the owner and I didn't get the guys name but he's Colombian, were so awesome with my dog. I've never seen my dog wag her tail out of a groomers place. ever.. until today! I love how I explained to Kim that my dog gets razor burn almost always around the anal area and she must of used a special blade because my pup not once has tried licking it! Not to mentioned my dog normally gets very sick to her stomach from all the nerves. I was looking for a groomer who would know exactly how to handle an Australian Shepherd because they can't be shaved and my Cassie is very high strung with regards to strangers. She also doesn't like baths, lol. I couldn't have been happier! Not only did Kimberly know her stuff, she even told me something about Aussies that I didn't know.
