One word. HORRIBLE. They charged me $20 to paint my 4 year old's toes and finger nails. It took them about 4 minutes. Needless to say her nails were all chipped the same night. I couldn't keep quiet after I noticed the worst polish job (on myself) EVER. When I said something they all ignored me. The owner finally came over and re polished all my nails. People, don't pretend to "not speak English" when a customer has a complaint. This place is dirty, the workers are rude and rush through something that's supposed to be calm and relaxing. Just ok. Came for a pedicure and I think I may have been better off doing it myself. Manicurist was distracted and didn't really pay attention to what she was doing. I think she may gave skipped a toe or two with the cuticle clippers. A little too gentle with massage. They show a menu of services and kind of lose interest in you if you don't upgrade from the basic $15 pedi. And, the hot towels weren't even warm. read more

This salon is a cheat, at least in my experience. Before going there I called and inquired how much they charge for removal of an old manicure and clip nails and cleaning. The woman on the other end said$20. When I came there the man receiving people said $25 . I told him someone quoted $20. So I had my nails cleaned tipped the girl who did it and walked out., seconds later, she rushed to tell me they're charging $40. I didn't want to make a scene additional $20 is nothing but THE FEELING YOU WERE CHEATED WAS INFURiating. Never again in that salon. I should have listened to someone who went there and said they do a poor job anyway.,I hate businesses like these cheats. read more

I just had the absolute WORST manicure/pedicure of my life at this place. If I could give zero (or negative) stars I would. The woman who did my nails and toes looked about 15 yrs old, and she is either very poorly trained or extremely sloppy/careless. My nails are all different lengths, some cut painfully short, to the quick. The thumbnails are shortened to the quick at the center and the sides are unevenly and sharply 'squared', while other nails are rounded. The polish is so sloppily applied that it actually goes off the nail onto the skin on almost every finger and toe. I am going to need to do a home fix or visit another salon to salvage the job. I had been here before but wanted to give it another try. It was worse than the first time. The pedicure took 8 minutes, and that was without polish! She gave a fast and I Mean FAST file, scrub, lotion ......nothing good about it and it doesn't even deserve a star. A pedicure should at least take 30 minutes when it's done correctly..... read more

I don't think the manicurist looked at me or my feet once when I was getting a pedicure. It took her about 7 minutes total. There was no scrubbing, and it felt (and looked) like the nail polish was slapped on. And, the manicurist kept deep sighing as she was "working" on me. She also had food in her mouth when she started. definitely not worth it. read more

I've been going to them for awhile on and off, They are better than Epic on a scale of 1-10 , I will give Epic a 5 and I will give Angel Tips a 7. I stopped going to Angel Tips for a bit again because I tried to go back to my orignal place that moved to South Jamesport but I wasnt happy so I came back to Angel Tips and I discovered They have some new staff,my last experience was much better than in the past, much more friendly and attentive. They changed the menu of the types of pedicures,highly recommend the hot stone pedicure. On a whole the charges for Nails and Pedicures are very expensive out here on the East End. and I am not happy about that but I don't want to travel for this so they have you at ransom. unfortunately if you want to have nails or get a pedicure your options are still limited even with the new choices that have popped up in the last couple of years. So as you have guessed I have tried ever place between Mattituck and South Jamesport and wound up back in Mattituck. lol read more

If you want a basic manicure that lasts an hour, this is the place to go. (Can you sense the sarcasm?) Every time I've gotten my nails done here, it's been a disaster. I have tried and tried to like Angel Tips because it is convenient, but time and time again I'm left feeling disappointed. In addition to making my nails look good, my other reason to have a pedicure is 30-60 minutes of being pampered and to relax! At Angel Tips I never get a sense of being pampered there. Its like they are doing me the favor of doing a mediocre job. The nail technician is distant, constantly looking around, not giving me the attention I feel I deserve by paying for this service. They rush through the process even if you pay extra for one of the spa pedicures. There is no attention to detail. You often don't even get a smile. I decided today that no matter how far I have to travel from now on I will not be going back there ever again. read more
