Start to finish everyone was professional and made me feel like I was in the right place. Hair wash was the best I have ever had. Hair cut (and my hair isn't easy to cut thick and allot of hair) came out perfect. Aveda products chosen to compliment my hair type were perfect and I have been getting compliments all day. Luckily for me, Claudette was very kind and patient. She went over the different types of facials that she offers and explained the benefits of each one. My main concern was to even out my skin tone from acne scars and clean out my pores, so we ended up going with the Microdermabrasion facial. I will admit that even after the consultation I was still nervous. I knew that there would be buffing involved and was very scared that it would hurt and my skin would look raw! But boy was I wrong. Claudette was very gentle and took her time, making sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing. Within minutes I was completely relaxed and forgot that I was ever worried about anything. My skin looked absolutely beautiful afterwards and felt softer than it ever has before. I definitely recommend trying her out - especially if you've never gotten a facial before.
