I've been coming here for years, but lately I'm not feeling great about it. They are under new ownership and raised the prices. Simultaneously, my nails don't last as long. Finally, it is already aggravating that they open so late, at 10 AM, but even worse, they are usually not open at 10 AM, they are pulling up in their van at 10:05, sometimes 10:10 and you have to wait outside until they get there. They also have to set up, so realistically you're not starting until at least 10:15 at times. Lots of women end up waiting outside or in their car until they arrive. There are a lot of people that would really like to get some service at 9, or 9:30, and to open at 10, AND late is a no-go. The girl I requested for my 4:30 appointment was just starting someone else when I walked in , so much for making an appointment!! I ended up waiting an hr to get my nails done , normally I would have left but it was getting late and was going on vacation the next day. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. read more

I've been here on a few occasions and the work they do is OK. I've only returned a few times because it is so local to me. I walked in today and was not acknowledged at all which was upsetting for a multitude of reasons: I'm a Black woman and most, if not all of their clientele, is white. I've witnessed them quickly acknowledge customers who walk in even when they are extremely busy so I know anyone could've taken the time to acknowledge me. Their preferred customer base appears to be white women. I would not recommend this place to anyone else. read more

Visited this salon two weeks ago and the person assigned to do my nails literally refused to do them! When I spoke to Jessica, the supervisor, she brushed me off! Mind you, I was the only black person in the salon! I'll never go back! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! Staff is never on time....they take people who have just entered the salon skipping those who were there before them (waiting) with appointment,not to any miss business. This is horrible because it causes conflicts among the customers and they don't value people's time. It's also very expensive 50$ for a gel manicure. When I complained about the 1 hour pass my appointment they said the owner don't care because they have a lot businesses. Do not waste your time or money on this place. read more

I will never go to this place again - not only are they extremely rude but I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the woman burnt me! She didn't even blow on the hot wax to cool it off before putting it to my skin - I now have half my skin taken off and it's scabbing over with a wedding that I'm in coming up! I am furious! This spot is in a strip mall. When I called for an appointment they were a bit busy- my fault it was a last minute appointment request. They were able to fit me in for a pedi. Shop is clean, brightly decorated, and it was quite busy. Not the very best selection of colors I've seen. Otherwise my nail tech was quick, attentive, and did really nice work. I appreciate that they don't use the plastic toe separators. Price was lower than I expected. I'm not a local but I'd definitely return to this spot. read more

Manicurist made two fingers bleed with the drill tool. Could not get the French tip line right on two fingers and it was jagged and bumpy on one, so I asked her nicely if she could redo those two. I guess she didn't like that because she started talking to herself while aggressively filing the nails and then said It's impossible to do a perfect curve with powder. Would've been good to mention that in the beginning when I could've picked a gel instead. When she sprayed the antiseptic, I flinched (due to the bloody cuts), and she made a fist with her hand like she was going to punch a wall. No joke. $55 for a polish change. Wouldn't have minded if the experience was good and my nails actually looked nice. There is scattered color on the whites of many nails, and one nail was jagged to the touch... I had to file it myself. The skin around my pinky is now bright red and possibly infected, so that's just an added bonus. read more

Extremely displeased and disappointed. I was treated very poorly and there is a clear favortistism towards certain clients. Every other client gets one technician to do the service. For me- it was clearly rushed, with side comments the entire time with broken up steps to the pedicure. It was not done well at all and they were just rushing to get me out. Saying "nice color" a thousand times doesn't help your poor behavior. I have never been treated so rudely in my life and am extremely upset. They should be ashamed of themselves for clear preference to certain clients. People come to get nail services for a relaxing and pleasant experience and this was not the case for me. Very disappointing because I have been coming here for years. I will surely be sharing this really upsetting experience to my other family and friends in town. No one deserves to be treated this way. Great experience!! Had to wait a bit, but the pedicure and manicure(natural) were on point!!!

I have been a customer for years and now that COVID restrictions have been eased and their business has picked up this salon has begun to treat customers in an off hand rude indifferent unprofessional manner. Making an appointment is a joke. The person you requested is never available and you're made to wait while walk-Ins are taken first. The salon is poorly run, is complete chaos, most of the staff is rude and the owner Jessica is a liar. This isn't my opinion only. Several of my friends have dumped this place for salons where they keep their word, appointments and customers are valued, and the environment is clean and inviting. Jessica has turned her salon into a factory and doesn't value loyalty. That's too bad because there are ten nail salons per block and Angel Tips is definitely one you simply must pass right by. Worst salon ever. Stay away. read more

Usually I wouldn't be the type to come on here and be a Karen, but for my experience on Monday I need to. I made an appointment to get a manicure for 12:00, arrived a couple of minutes early and wasn't even looked at when I came in! Then I waited almost twenty minutes and asked when I went to ask when I would finally get my manicure I was completely dismissed by the staff and they were so rude to me. It wasn't even that crowded. They have also burned my eyebrows when I get them done almost every time I've gotten them done there for the past four years. Do NOT give them your business it's not worth it. read more

Both Maggie and Steven do a great job with SNS and Acrylic. The prices have gone up so it is a bit more expensive. Pedicures always come out great. read more
