My honey and I came in to purchase a boutonniere for his 50th birthday celebration. From the moment we walked in, the energy felt off. I immediately noticed there was no clear explanation of the process -- I had to ask questions just to understand how things worked. Despite that, I gave very clear and specific instructions: a red rose, wrapped with black trim, gold-sprayed leaves, and baby's breath. On the day of pickup, I called to confirm the order was ready and was met with rudeness over the phone. When I arrived and saw the boutonniere, I was completely disappointed -- there was no baby's breath. When I asked about it, I was told, "Oh, I didn't put it. I thought what I added looked more elegant." Imagine paying for something and having someone change your order based on their personal preference. That is unacceptable. I had to firmly express my concerns and insist that it be corrected to match what we originally discussed and ordered. While I waited for it to be fixed, it was frustrating to say the least. Instead of baby's breath, she added small yellow flowers that would have completely clashed with his suit and the color theme of his party. Thank goodness this was not our wedding day -- the outcome could have been an absolute disaster. I'm sharing this so others are aware: double-check your order before leaving. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.

I told him how much I wanted to spend, when I'd like to pick up by, and requested a bouquet that inclined my mom's favorite flowers - lavender. They require immediate payment so I paid for it over the phone. This is a beautiful shop! It smelled SO nice right when I entered the shop. As they were getting my order together, I walked around and looked at the different creations. Even bouquets that are behind glass doors are beautiful to take home on this spot. When my order came out, the first thing I noticed was that there was no lavender. I asked the shop associate "where is the lavender?" She went back and checked my order and said she'll put some in right away, she also added additional roses to the bouquet, which really brightened it up and made it feel vibrant. I had to call multiple times and send emails before anyone finally answered, a full day after the delivery was supposed to happen. When someone finally picked up, I was first told there had been a family emergency. Later, when I called from a different number, I was told the driver supposedly dropped off the flowers -- yet there was no photo, no delivery confirmation, and no apology. If you want peace of mind that your order will actually be delivered -- or even basic communication -- I would not recommend this business.
