Daggett is a legend and he actually knew what was wrong with my spine before an MRI told me, and he catered his care over the various injuries I live with daily. The therapy he provides has had a profound impact on my daily life and how I carry pain, and he allows me to reset my body back to baseline. Keep in mind that much of the work he does is incredibly painful especially if you have injuries or locked muscles but it will absolutely fix your pain and he will even help you understand your body and why it does what it does as he's manipulating your muscles and nerves, and explain ways to mitigate or prevent so your body doesn't go back to the way it was. I'd recommend anyone I care about to go give Daggett at this location a try if you live with chronic pain or locked muscles, he will absolutely provide the highest quality of care and make your life easier as you carry less pain with you. I called the Rim location to book the Head-to-Toe Relaxation with Nails package for two people--$345 per person, or nearly $700 in services. After I explained what I wanted to book, the person answering the phone told me she needed to put me on hold to "help a customer." I waited for some time and eventually hung up. I understand needing to assist someone at the front desk, but I was also a customer. She could have simply taken my name and number and offered to call me back once she had time to coordinate the appointments. I then called the Basse location. The gentleman who answered spoke so quietly and mumbled so much that I couldn't understand him. I told him I couldn't hear him, and he switched phones, but it was no better. When I told him again that I was having difficulty hearing him, his response was essentially that it was just the phone. I finally gave up and hung up. What surprised me even more was that neither location attempted to call me back. Most businesses have some form of caller ID, and if a prospective customer disconnected while trying to book nearly $700 in services, I would expect someone to at least make an effort to return the call. I subsequently sent a detailed email about my experience to Woodhouse and also contacted its corporate parent. I never received a response from either one. One poor interaction can happen anywhere. But two locations, no follow-up from either location, and then no response to a written complaint suggests a broader customer-service problem. Woodhouse offers a luxury spa experience at luxury prices. The customer service should reflect that from the first phone call. Unfortunately, in this case it did not.

As a business owner how do you not know that your address is incorrect? Steer clear of this place.

After texting both numbers on both websites Tameka finally messaged me back that she was in San Antonio and that she would get around to fixing the website issue, but I see that wasn't quick enough...she didn't once apologize for skipping out on a loyal customer of over 6 months. This isn't how you run a business. I didn't want to post this review, but obviously I'm never going to get an apology. Which is what an honest business owner would do.
