YEP, a two weeks notice & he not only came through for me, but offered some PERKS that still to this moment have me sharing with others. The facility is a dream come true & absolutely perfect, for a variety of events. Everything you need to host your special event is there. Glenn & his staff was there when I arrived, available for any questions or assistance, had there been any. Additionally, room set-up & adjustments were made to my satisfaction & the chair covers I rented from the facility, were put on & removed from the chairs for me. Now that is Customer Care! We rented a slide in July…read more2022 for my MIL's 57th birthday and just last weekend we rented a slide for my daughter's 12th birthday. Both times were a complete success and everyone enjoyed the water slide. The slide was setup on time in advance of the party. And we were allowed to keep it overnight and it was picked up the next morning. This was a great deal as other companies I have used in the past only allowed a 4 or 6-hour window. The owner himself was there for the setup and takedown of the slide. He also put out a tarp under the slide and some cones near the slide exit for safety measure. Several of the kids at both parties said that they had a great time and it was one of the best parties they had been to. This slide was definitely a lot of fun!! We will definitely use this company again!!
