Oh, and add that it's your first home and you're relocating from another state... what a time! Mark & Kim made this huge moment in our lives as seamless as possible. Mark made sure we were informed buyers by exposing us to the market and answering tons of questions along the way. Since we were relocating, I was driving from Indiana for the showings. Mark was always willing to fill our looking days with showings, which was very appreciated since I know most people don't see near as many houses. Given the very strong seller's market and low inventory, we had to submit a few offers before getting accepted. Mark always encouraged us to stay within our comfort zone when submitting offers. Ultimately, we ended up with a gorgeous home that checked every box, so it was well worth it. After going under contract for our home, Kim was our primary contact.
