Should have posted NO STARS. I went here because my tile guy said they're the cheapest in the area. I disagreed and said the tile store in Fort Myers was, but this is closer and he would pick up the order for me. I couldn't with my SUV. Made sense. The store doesn't deliver. Bought over $1225.00 of tiles for our MBR. Gave her the square footage of the room and said I don't mind two extra boxes to keep but no more than that. She said I needed what came to 32 boxes. Wound up getting NINE boxes over. But first, When I brought in a tile to see if they had the same as the one I had on me from Floor Decor in Fort Myers that was 50 cents less, she said that's marble not ceramic like theirs. I disagreed and said this is the same as one of yours here. But because of the convenience we bought the 32 boxes at $3.29 a tile. instead of Fort Myers at $2.79 a tile. And she WAS wrong about it being marble. She wanted the sale. My tile guy picked up the order and after tiling the room, (we had gotten rid of the wall to wall carpeting) there were NINE boxes left over. They have a restocking fee which I tried to avoid.......now the job is done. I kept 3 boxes and returned the six boxes at $38 a box. They were charging me to put it back on the shelf. It was either $60 or $100 something. A lot of double talk from the salesperson. I wanted to speak to the manager because the woman helping me WASN'T helping me and didn't understand me??? 20 minutes later the manager showed up and pointed to the restocking clause in the receipt. I said I saw that but my question is why after spending over $1200, and your mistake of ordering more than what I needed, I'm now charged just to put these boxes back on the shelf? He actually said we ordered a percentage more than what is needed. Made no sense. They ordered 96 sq ft more of tile to the order. Said that's what they do. And "I" have to now pay them for that stupid calculation and I'm just one customer being charged to bring it back. Times that by a thousand customers. This is shady and didn't like the practice. That's how they make extra bucks. But after 10 minutes of getting nowhere, we left. Will never do business with them again and needed for you to be aware of what they do. After posting this here I went on Facebook and posted this review on their page there and found LOTS of customers like me who got screwed with this overcharge of square footage and return policy. Angela was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process of selecting and purchasing tile. Will recommend!

After hiring a contractor based on Angela's endorsement, the contractor did a lousy job. JFT Flooring and Handyman Services, Inc in Naples owned by Daniel Torres left my 850 square foot tile floor uneven and unsafe and never came back to fix it. We went back to speak to Angela directly about it and she was not helpful. JFT Flooring is not even licensed in Collier County to do tile work. Even though Angela allows anyone to leave their business cards in her establishment, she will not back them up. Beware I will not do business with Angela's or JFT Flooring again. I'm out over $11,000.00... Expensive lesson learned. read more

Buyer beware of over purchasing tile from Angela's. The sales staff was very helpful and did the calculations for the "right" amount of tile needed for the job. They recommend purchasing 10% more than needed. So when our job was done, and we had their recommend 10% tile left over, they charged us a 25% restocking fee!!!!!! Their pricing and selection is good, delivery efficient but their math is off. read more

Do Not BUY. You've been warned. If they make a mistake you are screwed. They made a mistake and sold me the wrong color tile and refused to give a full refund. They wanted to blame me for the wrong color. Color was one shade darker than my original tile. Deceitful. Also their tile is not great quality. Please don't let the 4-5 stars fool you. You've been warned. I have spent more than 4K with if tiles with this company and wished I picked a better quality one. read more

This is a place lacking integrity. When I made my second purchase there, my contractor was unavailable . I asked if Angela's had someone good that they would recommend. It was like being fed to the wolves. The man they recommended did such a poor job my contact person asked me if I had an amateur install it. He found out that "Mario" had done similar jobs and just last year caused his wife's company to have her license revoked by the licensing board. It's all on google, but I didn't see it until the damage was done. I mistakenly trusted Angela's. We went directly to Angela about this and got absolutely no satisfaction. She's quick to say they don't employ Mario, but I've learned they are very quick to recommend him - repeatedly. Fortunately for me I had time to put a stop payment on my final payment; otherwise, I sure I would never have seen Mario Sacacian again. He had to pull 17 large tiles up and re-set them; otherwise we would have literally been tripping on them. read more

It's one of the best places in Naples to buy tile. After they expanded their showroom, you can find just about anything in any size, color and finish. the prices are great, wonderful service, same people working there year after year. I underscore the review given by John F. although I am not a contractor. In my case, the excess left from the order THEY put together was 16 boxes (6 tiles of 20"x20" each), 10 bags of thinset, 4 bags of grout, 145 4"x4 each" tiles, 2 boxes (25 of 10"x13" each) tiles, 2 sheets of Durock, and 2 buckets of membrane adhesive. It would be a whole different story if I had been the one requesting the quantities of materials, but they are (supposedly) the professionals, and should be able to more exactly determine quantities. First I was told that I'd waited too long to return the materials, but they would discuss it and call me back - no return call happened (big surprise! - not), then when I called a second time, I was told the tile had been discontinued, so there could be no return, but they'd discuss it (again) and call me back. Again, no return call (again, big surprise - not). At some point I inquired about their picking up the materials, as I would have no way to get all that back to the store, and they said there would be $120 fee for that. They oversize the materials list to get a bigger commission up front, and then double dip by charging a 25% restocking fee, plus $120 pick up fee (if you are successful at making a return). They clearly don't realize that they could do far more business by treating the customer right and getting repeat business than scamming them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! Please save your money and give business somewhere where you will be treated like a customer. After giving them over $30k in business( i am a contractor)they have refused to take 2 boxes of my tiles claiming that it was a special order. They also rip you off by charging 25%restocking fee. There are better places on J&C Boulvard that are much cheaper and treat you right. They have these Hot Latinas running around that try to stuff more tile than what you need since they work on commission. Don't buy grout or thin set. It's 40% more expensive than anywhere else. If you really want to see and get tiles go to All American Tile in Ft. Myers. It's like a WallMart of tiles. It's huge and has huge selection of tiles. If you buy more you can return with no problems. It's well worth it the ride and selection and prices are unbeatable. You can always arrange home depot truck for $20 bucks an hour or they will deliver. DONT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE RIP OFF,!!!,!,!!!!!!!! read more

Sales people recommended a solution and sold us the tile stating unequivocally that the solution would work. It didn't. returned the tile and were forced to pay a restocking fee. A fee that was never mentioned at point of sale. Of course, had it been mentioned we would not have purchased the tile before first going home and verifying their solution. Bad practice when a business doesn't stand behind their recommendations. read more
