When moving from the massage room to the sauna and cold plunge area, there wasn't a robe in my size, so I was given a towel and "one size fits most" robe that wasn't ideal. There was also no box to carry my things to the next room, so I had to awkwardly pile everything in my arms while holding the towel and then handing the massage therapist my worn clothes. A bit awkward and uncomfortable, to say the least. The cold plunge was an extremely cold bathtub setup that you slowly lower yourself into, which made it hard to go any further than my thighs before I was too cold. A cold shower would have had a more immediate and full exposure to the cold water. Ultimatel, I felt like the alternating lessened the positive impact of the 30 minutes in the sauna, so I'll skip the cold plunge next time. They also require gratuity through the "Tippy" app, Venmo, or cash. The Tippy app comes with a small processing fee, which I think is ridiculous, so I'll be prepared with Venmo or cash next time.. On the plus side, the spa was welcoming and nicely decorated. The staff was thorough and friendly, and I enjoyed the hot towels and heated neck/back pads during the massage. Plus, there's tea in the waiting area and plenty of parking. Overall, decent experience, but improvements to the details (robe options, box for belongings, cold shower instead of tub, etc.) would make it much smoother. I'd also love if they added a float tank! IMHO, I'll return, but with more preparation next time!

I'm a quilter so my shoulders & neck were very, very tight. Not when I left. She did an excellent job, probably one of the top 10 I've had including at several spas in Europe, Canada and Japan. She used several different techniques and periodically checked with me regarding pressure etc. They don't play music, which was fine with me. There was no upselling. The price was very fair, and I will definitely book in with her again. Based on my massage experience, I'd like to try on of their facials as well. They also have a loyalty program.
