The whole facility was very tastefully decorated, and warm and inviting. The restroom was very well appointed with actual little towels rather than paper towels. The massage rooms are peaceful. While I was still clothed, she combined assisted stretching and Thai massage techniques. So helpful! My tight leg muscles, neck, and spine felt so much better. After having a moment to disrobe, Link continued with Swedish massage, giving special focus to my tight back muscles. I tried cupping for the first time with great results! I can't tell if their massage therapy is any good because I made an appt. as a first time customer. I was called back to confirm my appt. by an employee. I confirmed wanted a 5:00 appt, and was assigned to Christopher. I couldn't finish the call as we had bad service, but it was clearly confIrmed I had a 5:00 appointment THAT DAY. I called back 2x within approx. 20 minutes to complete the additional information request (my fun name, address, etc.). No one answered either call, and I was put into the voicemail system, where I said please call me back so I can provide the info requested for my 5:00 appt. today. NEVER received a return call ! I when arrived early I was told I had no appt. and was told they had not received a voice mail or any record of me calling back. Those were both lies. I left a voice mail, and my phone shows the 2 return outgoing calls to them. The wasn't for a pleasure massage. This was for a massage to alleviate severe back pain. I lost an hour of MY billable company time, and now will be leaving town without having had the ability to get some relief for my back. I know things happen, but lying, and no return calls speak to very poor customer service. They dropped the ball, and attempted to deny what they'd done. read more

I called up and booked it. So glad I could get in on such short notice. I having been having chronic pain off and in for years with my neck. The building and people were very professional and clean. However, I was required to wear a mask inside even though I am fully vaccinated. I understand in the lobby and such but I still don't agree with it. Where I draw the line was requiring a mask during a massage. This is downright foolish and should have been clearly explained before I had signed up, reserved a time and made plans to come. Giving the option is kind and thoughtful to others but requiring someone to wear a mask during a relaxing massage is the main reason I'm giving a 2. Secondly my massage therapist did a great job but was extremely slow in everything she did. She seemed to almost waste time with certain movements that took far too long.
