Doug informed me that he was a new owner but I shouldn't worry; he would take care of me. He contacted the company that manufactured the light and in under a week got me a replacement driver for free. He not only got me the replacement driver, he also lent me an LEC light to keep my girls happy until the new driver arrived. I had never met Doug before nor had I done business at Here We Grow since he became the owner. It did not seem to matter at all. He understood the bind I was in and did what was needed to solve my problem. Amazing customer service. Thank you Doug! PS My girls are doing great.

Less than 3 hours before taking photos for my May wedding in downtown Northampton, I took my…read morebouquet out of the fridge to discover that it had straight up frozen overnight. The fridge was at the coldest temperature, and not only were the rosebuds frozen, but the foam-thingy that holds water was frozen. The bridesmaid's bouquets were ok as most of them were in a different fridge, but my cascading, bridal bouquet was toast. We called Nuttleman's, and not only did they make a new one on the spot, but they gave us some spare baby's breath to help clean up some of the bridesmaids bouquets. I was prepared to pay an arm and a leg for these services, since we literally had no other choice, but they were kind and did not gouge us. The new bouquet matched the rest of the flowers, and my pictures came out beautifully. I have no idea what these guys are like to work with when planning anything, but they absolutely saved the day and were amazing in my floral crisis. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I don't like using the online florist that you don't know who they are and you never know what you're going to get. I ended up placing my order through their website and pretty much left it up to the florist to create something nice for the funeral services and have them delivered next day. We got the stone pillars pictures after he showed us some in his displays on the wonderful property where AWG is located. So many beautiful fountains plus a large selection of Koi and water plants. He enticed us further by showing us a fire feature that was and option with the fountain we got. We did the install on our own and he was incredible with walking us through it step by step. He was there when we had small or big questions and was so friendly. He takes the time to leave his customers satisfied and happy which is the hallmark of a great businessman. If you're looking for a place to visit to see the splendor he has set up or to get a fountain I cannot say enough about this place and it's owner.
