Then they didn't show up the next day when they were supposed to.They also never called to let me know why, I had to call them. On the day they finally came, I got home to fund the pump hadn't been removed as discussed. When I called to find out why, I was told that it was too much work for the amount of money they were going to charge me and they wanted no part of it. They could have told me when they asked us to replace the plugs that they couldn't do the job. Now we are scrambling to find someone to get this done! I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Let's just say mistakes were made and we experienced a lot of confusion and many delays. After about a year with little progress, I was having difficulty finding anyone trustworthy, who was willing to do the necessary revisions to complete the installation. To say I was desperate would be an understatement! Jason from Living Waters came to check things out and asked all the right questions. I could immediately tell he was an honest guy running an honest business. I was comforted by the fact that he was obviously knowledgeable about hot tubs in general.
