Broke down on a Friday afternoon, found, through lots of work, Elite Diesel, came that night and turns out Our MercedesTurbo is shot. Make a short story long, took Two turbos to be delivered by another provider but found an OEM match. Sevens days in a safe parking lot and Elite, Kevin, repaired on site and We are back on vacation touring. Not what We wanted but being prepared in a Tour Coach to wait it out is no issue,.... Elite is the Only Mechanic that chose to come work remote two hours from nothing and that is a blessing.

After a month we got a quote and they stated to pay for repairs . We told them we will pay half up front and the rest when completed . so we Zelle them the funds . we had a hard time getting up dates but after a few months they still didn't fix it. We stayed on top on them and they kept saying it would be done that week . Even sent a video . Well 3 months , yes still there they stopped responding . It is now June 4th and they stopped responding . We both called a few times a week, sent emails and text . No response or even anyone picking up the phone . We are from out of state so can't just drive up there . So now 6 month later we need to take legal actions to get this resolved . This is out of control , what kinda of business does this ! ??? ignore their paying customer !! Do not go here , go to the one next door like we should have done !!

Saturday afternoon our huge class-a motorhome suffered an engine failure and we were towed to a repair shop that did not even try to deliver on the promise to fix our problem the next day (their website looked great but they were anything but capable). Long story short, we had to get out of that situation and that's when we stumbled upon Dave and his OUTSTANDING crew. We called for the tow asking to be brought to a much safer place (Route 66 RV) where we planned to wait for a mobile technician to get us going again. When Dave heard our story he informed us about Cummins' RV & pet friendly gated waiting area with power hookups and he even contacted one of their managers Sunday evening at our request to confirm availability. We're now safely in Cummins' service queue where the work will surely be done right and we have Dave to thank for that. To us, Dave is a true savior, a VERY GOOD man who obviously runs his operations honestly AND truly cares about his customers. BTW - AAA even told me that Dave's towing fees were "very reasonable" when we told them about being towed again. At this time I discovered the disc brake caliper had broken off and tore the brake line off. We are 1300 miles from home, never good. Manny and George ordered the part needed to fix the brake line and to bleed the whole system. We left after a couple hours with 3 working breaks and will nurse our way home. Manny was upfront and honest, fixed it as best it good be and charged me a fair price to get us on the road. We we're blessed to have found him.

So 11 months and $500+ bill, missing the bra, another $145.00; it still will not start, and when it does will not continue to run. So the problem was not fixed. Make up your own mind about this place, but I will not recommend to anyone to take their auto there for repairs
