I called Goodyear and was told to bring it in, which I did. I mentioned that I've recently had foot surgery and couldn't walk all the way home so a team-member drove me home (I live very close) and picked me up when my car was ready. Quick and efficient even without an appointment. Never even got out of my car. Just needed the oil change but they offer other fluid changes, windshield wiper replacement and air filter change. The synthetic oil is more expensive than standard oil but apparently it is recommended for newer cars and does last longer. A quick stop on vacation that didn't disrupt our plans. Good job!

My receipt/ paperwork said they added windshield washer fluid; they didn't. Their checklist said they checked tire inflation levels and ensured the front and back were both at 35 PSI; they didn't. We ended up…read morehitting a big pothole on the I-40 going west on mile marker 79 off the exit of the Loves gas station. The thing really did a number to my tire; it blew out my front right side tire. We called for a tow truck, and the ETA was 300 minutes. 5 hours for a TOW!? Luckily, Lorenzo offered to drive on the freeway, jack up the car, take my tire off, drive back to the shop, put the new tire on the rim, then drive back to the freeway and put the new tire on. It was A++ service. He and his family were incredible, great, friendly, and hardworking people! He works with you, and the price was fair as well. One of the best experiences I've had with tire service. I highly recommend them for any help or new tires!
