My car concern was their priority and was able to fix the problem. The service is incredible and the customer service is phenomenal. Even though my problem was small, they took their time out of their way to make sure everything was up to par. Even with customers coming in, they were on top of everything. I highly recommend this business to anyone who is in need of tires. My daughter and I were passing through headed from Tennessee to home in Las Vegas. It became apparent to me that one of my 10 ply tires on my trailer was dangerously bald and I was worried to make it through the mountain pass and the isolated rural desert roads to get back to Las Vegas. So I called around and found Delta tire. They got me in even though it was right toward the end of their day and they were getting ready to close. Colby (or Coby) and the other staff were so helpful and accommodating. We got a very fair price for two 10 ply tires and then we were on our way. We still had about 6 and 1/2 hours left to our journey but at least I knew that we were going to be safe going to the desert and not be stranded with some flat tires without any help. We had to make an emergency stop on our road trip to have a low tire repaired. We arrived 15 minutes before their closing and when we explained we needed to get to our next stop they accommodated us right away. Then they ensured that all of our tires were accurately filled. Wow! I-40 East bound is really bad roght now about 35miles out of Grant. We had a BLOW OUT just like our fellow Yelper! T M. Yesterday at 5pm going 75 we hit 2 large pot holes so DRIVE ON THE LEFT lane if you can. We were towed to Grant last night and came here on a recomendation from our KOA before even checking reviews. It's Saturday and they are open so we are blessed to be taken care of here. We will need both right side tires replaced and even have a %10 for checking in. We got it all taken care of today! We picked up a nail and had a slow leak on our tire while visiting the nearby National Parks. Delta got us in and out in about an hour for less than $20 for patching the tire. Being from out of town, this was a potential nightmare of a problem, but the team at Delta was friendly, helpful, and professional the whole time. I took two trucks to this shop on back to back to back days. I took my 2002 F250, which I purchased tires from them and I took my wifes 2018 Ram DRW. On the F250, they installed incorrect weights for the rims that are on my truck and it threw weights within 100 miles of driving. There is a "Rim Protector" molded into Toyo MT tires. They had a difficult time installing clip on weights. I called Toyo directly and they let me know that this is the first phone call they have ever had about problems with installing weights due to the "Rim Protector". Toyo Tires told me I should find a more experienced tire shop. They also broke one of the studs on the R/R of the truck. Of course, they did not take responsibility and wanted to charge me $200 to install a new stud. I told them no. I went and bought the $4 stud and installed it myself. When I spoke to the owner about this, he told me that his impact guns are only good for 300ft. lbs and that his impact guns could not break that stud. I walked outside and got the part number off of the 18V Milwakee impact gun and googled it. It is good for 1000ft. lbs of forward torque and 1400ft. lbs of reverse torque. This was clearly a lie. When I left, I called "Dorman" and asked about the tensil strength of this stud. They let me know that 300ft. lbs. would break this stud. I have aftermarket airbags on my truck and I run them at a particular PSI when not towing. When I got the truck back, it had double the amount of air. They were "tinkering" with my air bags. I told the owner and he did not respond. I also had problems with them understanding tire pressure. The original tires are 265/75/16s. The stock tire pressure is 55f/70r. The tire techs did not ever know what a weight table is for converting tire pressure from stock to 35x12.50x17 tires. Initially my wife drove the truck and almost crashed due to the excessive tire pressure in the front tires on the 35x12.50x17 tires. At the end of this back and forth conversation, the owner found out that his techs indeed didn't understand tire pressure conversion. He also found out that his tire techs were incorrectly installing clip on weights to my tires. I told him the weights on my wifes 2018 RAM DRW also flew off and that I would be back tomorrow. This morning I went in to give him the information I got from Toyo Tires, Dorman and from the Toyo Weight Tables. He took it from my hand and put it directly into the trash can. He also refused to fix the balancing issues on my wifes 2018 RAM DRW, gave me $60 back for he balancing issues and asked me to leave or he was going to call the police and have me escorted off of his property. I am a retired Maintenance Warrant Officer. I have run BIG Maintenance Operations my entire life. I have managed an Airborne MP Company Motor Pool, a Multiple Launch Rocket System Battalion Maintenance Operation, Camp Buccas Maintenance Operation in Iraq, and a Air Defense Artillery(Patriot and THAAD) operation($100B maintenance Operation). From an "Integrity" stand point, Delta Tire in Grants, NM is the worst maintenance operation I have ever seen. The owner is very friendly when he is taking your money. When it comes to fixing or taking responsibility for their mistakes, he will find every excuse possible to put the blame on the customer. No integrity. It was very obvious to me, as he immediately went outside to "inspect" my truck for deficiencies to see where he could lay the blame for their mistakes on me. read more

Rolled over a screw that was embedded and completely flattened my tire. Called Delta from the hotel I was staying at and they came by quickly. Braved the fierce winds and changed out the tire and I followed them back to the shop where they quickly repaired my tire and put the spare back. Excellent service, friendly and efficient staff. July 4th RV blowout on I-40 near Casa Blanca/Cubela, NM. We barely had enough room on the shoulder to pull over. Two New Mexico State Policemen noticed us stranded on the side of the road and stopped to help. They immediately changed our tire and escorted us to the next exit, which was the Route 66 truck stop at Casa Blanca. We called Good Sam roadside assistance and they could not find anyone to help us (we are in the middle of nowhere). After overnighting in the Casino RV parking lot, we called Delta Tire at 7 a.m., and they immediately dispatched their technician, Cody, with the correct front tire that we needed. He was courteous and professional. One of the fastest turnarounds in road service that I have experienced. After he was finished (24 hours after our breakdown), we received a call from Good Sam who asked if we still needed help. Ugh! Delta Tire and Cody are Awesome!!! read more

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother who recently came to your shop to have brakes inspected on her truck. Today while traveling on I40, 67 miles east of Amarillo Texas, her front drivers side wheel came off. Fortunately for you and us, nobody was injured. When the truck was towed to Firestone Auto Care center for repair, several of their mechanics inspected the damage and said without a doubt it was caused by failure to tighten the lug nuts. The result of your negligence resulted in just shy of $1000 in damages and could have cost my mother her life as well. Furthermore your negligence resulted in stranding us in 96°F weather on the side of the highway in a state with one of the highest rates of Covid-19 where nobody is willing to wear a mask. We were traveling though NM during the holidays and had a radiator hose clamp break. My boyfriend replaced it but we stopped by this shop to check everything was okay. They were really busy but an employee (didnt catch hus name) took a look right away. He double checked our fix and topped off our anti freeze at no charge! I was on my way from Columbia, MO back to Arizona when my car broke down. I had to have it towed to Delta Tire in Grants, NM. We got there just as they were closing but they took the car in anyway and told me they would look at it first thing in the morning. I went to a motel and waited. The next day I got the call and after some discussion it was determined that my AC compressor had locked up, preventing the car from starting or running. Here is the impressive part in my eyes. Tanner gave me the option of replacing the AC system for over $1200 or to put a bypass kit on the car to get me back on the road fast and I could take care of the AC when I got home. $280 later I was back on the road. Delta Tire Pros lived up to their name. Real Pros! Our van steering wheel had a large vibration when we applied the brakes. Thought it would need a lot of work. The Pros performed a diagnostic and found only the brake rotors needed to be turned. Our van was in and out the same day. Very poliet, courteous, and explaned everything up front. The friendly team at Delta had us back on the road within 30 minutes. I called ahead with what kind of tires and they had them waiting when we got towed there at 7:45am. They explained what work they were going to do, informed me where the new tires will be on the car and called next door to say a good word to get me in for an alignment. Mixed Good and Bad experience. If your local SHOP AROUND! We were coming back from Albuquerque to California and my daughters back wheel was shaking horribly. Saw their billboard and good yelp reviews. Able to diagnose the problem quick bad wheelbearings. And bent rim. However 40% markup on parts, $75 labor rate. Mechanic took a long time to repair. And needed help from two other employees.in the end $230. Also ABS light came on after the repair. They claimed it was not their fault. However they could not clear code because the ABS line was pinched somewhere. Pretty obvious that the mechanic that was having trouble probably impacted the wiring. However we were hours behind schedule to get back to California. Could've saved at least $75 shopping around. I should've negotiated a little harder but we are in a tough spot. So negotiate with them. They also charged a lady $39 for a basic four-cylinder oil change. Again negotiate. Not bad guys just need to be worked on price. read more
