This is the place to go! Wanted to find a local florist closeby to where my auntie's memorial and burial would be (Cedar Lawn in Fremont/Milpitas). I was nervous bc idk what to expect. This is now my 2nd flower shop I have gotten lucky with. I was going to order some flowers from my other flower shop, but, their website said they were too busy for new orders....strange, buuuut ok. So I went on the hunt for another and found Angels 24 Hour Flowers. So glad I did! Above and beyond and I will tell you why. Once I picked out my flowers, entered the delivery info, I then needed to choose a payment method. I opted for PayPal because I love that service, but once I finished logging into PayPal, the order was submitted and completed. I had no chance to update the message or anything but did not worry since the flowers were the most important part. At 9PM I got a call from a number I did not recognize, so as usual, I googled it while it was ringing and saw it was from here. I answered and a very polite woman asked me about my order and message. I told her what happened and she proceeded to take the actual message I wanted. Incredible! Most places would not even bother. My flowers were delivered today and my wife was blown away! Of course the holidays are always busy and my family needed to order some flowers for a family that just past away during the holidays and their services was the Monday after Christmas. Angel's came upon my search on good 'ol Yelp and the funeral service was in Hayward. I ordered through their website which was directed through Yelp and even called them to correct my typo that I made on the message card and they quickly corrected it for me. They were very responsive and even told me they're not sure if they can deliver it within 24 hrs which was okay for me if it was within 48 hrs as long as it wasn't over 3 days.
