We weren't even there but 3 minutes before this ugly spirited woman decided she wasn't gonna tolerate my child. We are of color as well and a Hispanic family before us got kicked out just as quick for being " disruptive " Also, mind you these are classes where it's usually just the one family and the instructor by themselves so it's appalling that children can be disruptive when no one is there. In my opinion, don't offer a program for the younger kids if you get overstimulated and overwhelmed to the point where you're abusing the parents' money and neglecting your due diligence to build children up by teaching the art you claim to love. She was so excited when she got there, all dressed up in her costume! 12 family members purchased tickets and attended. She had one dance. When her group went onstage in the dark, we heard crying. It was her. The director scooped her up and took her offstage. She was not allowed to return to her group when the lights came up, not allowed the chance to dance (though she knew it by heart) and had to sit out. The director explained to her mom the she couldn't have crying on the video. So, after the thousands of dollars spent, including recital and picture fees, our 3 year old was not allowed to participate. We were so disappointed! Kudos to her parents for blaming the director and not a 3 year old child! The director did not live up to the values posted on this site, two of which are "to instill self-confidence" and "to instill self-respect". Though it win't make up for this, It would be appropriate, at this point, for the director to offer to return all the recital fees and also offer the parents an apology. We shall see what happens.

I was not going to make a post, after thinking about it and sitting on it for over 2 weeks...it's…read morehappening. The first time I met the new manager, I went in for the tanning bed. It was dirty. When I told him that they need to check and make sure, he let me know he thought it was clean. Then he watched me clean the bed. He stood in the door way talking to me as I wiped down the tanning bed. This was 6-8 weeks ago maybe I went in today for the tanning bed and it looked dirty and it had a film on It. I asked to be put into another tanning bed and he seemed annoyed. He stopped me as I was walking out by the same manager to let me know that he had personally cleaned the tanning beds, and that if I saw that the tanning bed was dirty, it was a streak from the cleaning supply. And then he said because I slammed the door in the tanning room that he put me in, if I do it again, I'm not allowed back at his planet fitness. He put me in room five. If you've ever use that one, the door sticks in the middle and I had to use my body to close the door. So of course it slammed. No big deal, why would you want someone who comes to your facility that wants something cleaned. when I told him that the tanning bed that he put me in was also dirty at the top where people are touching to open, he told me he was good he didn't need to look at it. Don't you worry buddy, I took pictures. I understand he wants to be professional, maybe you should not be on your phone watching videos and picking at your nose at the front, he didn't even realize I had walked in. Here are those pictures since you didn't want to look and maybe if you had taken a look, you could have also tried to close the door and see for yourself that it does stick. I didn't even say anything about the door, he would not have listened anyway.
