I called in because I happened to be around the area. They did take me in as a walk in. The wait was very reasonable.. Manicure was perfectly executed and my nails look clean, polished and healthy. My pedicure was beyond amaaazing! I did the classic pedicure with gel nail polish. My feet were left so soft and she did my toenails in like a square shape which made them look so much better than what I came in with. Prices were very reasonable too. The ladies were so nice and very concentrated on their client. I will definitely come back if I am again in Redlands. read more

Ruined my toenails with gel polish. I finally was able to have them do a good job on my finger nails but I noticed today my middle toes were hurting. I take very good care of my feet and my gel polish lasts about a month. Today I came home and took my shoes off ready to shower and my middle toenails came off on both feet! I couldn't believe it. I'm just so disgusted and have no clue why I even let them touch my feet. Hopefully I can get an urgent care visit soon. My nail bed completely separated, I'm 100% sure it's from the gel polish they used. I tried so hard to give them chances but this is just too much. I've never ever had this happen at any salon I've gotten a pedicure from... Ruined my toe nails during summertime. Avoid this salon at all costs!!!! read more

I've been coming to see Le for my nails for 2 years now. I refuse to change. The staff here are so kind & always try their best to use your name when they speak to you & they remember majority if their clients. I never get rushed or sped along. Mickey does my pedicure and she gets all the spots needed! I love a nail salon that make you comfortable and listens to your requests. If I could give 10 stars I would. 10/10 recommend. Um this was an experience... Pros: workers were friendly, very quiet space Cons: they seem very inexperienced with nails...especially acrylic/nail take down I simply wanted the $9 nail take down but the worker convinced me to get a gel polish on top for an additional $17. This was my first time here so I came with open mind/normal expectations. The first odd thing was that they didn't seem to have any pattern or method to the nail take down. One lady used a strong nail clipper and nail drill to take off top layer (very typical). She cut with reckless abandon and acrylic nail was literally flying everywhere. She even hit one of the clients sitting next to me with a stray nail piece! Yikes! And then when she ran into difficulty she soaked my nails in a tiny bowl of acetone... BUT THEN one of the male workers walked over and said he would get started on my other hand. He had no drill and just used a strong nail clipper and cuticle clipper to cut through the nails. He then used a new nail tip to dig around the acrylic and release it from my nails (painful at times). He had no method to his cutting (was literally just hacking away at my nails and leaving jagged pieces behind). When he got to my thumb nail, he clipped with the cuticle clipper and the nail split VERTICALLY!....like just from top to bottom. I was worried my ACTUAL nail was split underneath but since I didn't feel any intense pain afterwards I assumed only the fake nail had split. (Turns out a bit of my actual nail HAD split and they used nail glue to "keep it together" before painting over it...) As you can see in the photos, there no distinct nail shape or anything going on. Some are rounded and some are square. The nail tech who did them simply cut any which way with the nail clipper and then started painting lol. I'm glad these were just nails I got on a whim and not for any particular occasion because I would be mortified if I had to display these nails at an event. They literally look like I did them myself. Will not be returning here. I really need an affordable, private, nail technician ! Is anyone out there!? read more

I was referred here by my hair stylist that works over at SOLA and I'm not mad about it. Walked in and sat right down in a pedicure chair! Awesome! They were welcoming and kind and I noticed that with the stragglers that were coming in an hour before they closed. One even offered to come back the next day and they refused and offered her the chair next to me. Had a pretty thorough pedicure, and the guy was very detail oriented, which is always appreciated. It sucks feeling rushed when you just wanna be pampered. I definitely will be back and perhaps will put it up with my hair appointment so I could get a full pampering in one parking lot! Update: As always Annie slays simple but cuteeee . Mind you this is a week after . New set. No lifting or anything and I work at subway where I'm always washing dishes. Nice staff and great availability, but they don't have a lot of gel nail color options. I tend to prefer more natural, sheer gel polishes but they only had colors from DNC Nails, which seem to be more creamy and opaque. The formulas are also very thick, so if you don't like a really thick gel manicure, I would either bring your own polish or go elsewhere. Excellent fast service. I called to ask if they were taking walk-ins and was seated in 5 minutes. For an hour-long pedicure with massage and hot towels they only charge around $30. Quality is great, clean and friendly place. read more

My Mom, sister, and I have been going to Angel's Nail and Spa for a few years now and we will continue doing so for many to come. Every person who works at this establishment is kind, caring, and dedicating to making their customer's experience one that will bring them back. The owner takes great care to schedule appointments with enough time to provide quality service so that they aren't rushing through a pedicure or manicure to try and stay on time. If you are a regular customer, you know that they will remember you...take time to get to know you (if you allow them to), and will ask after you if you are away for a time. I live in San Diego and I always wait to get my pedicures/manicures until I am in the area visiting my family so that I can give my business to these lovely people! I saw a recent negative review posted where someone claims there is "no quality of care" and "horrible customer service." This couldn't be further from the truth. We have been in the shop when things have been super crazy busy and staff have called off sick or are running late and I have never in all the time I've been going here seen ANY of the staff or owners give attitude to any customer and they go above and beyond to try and accommodate people whenever possible. In awe with this place. First time getting services with them tonight and they got a regular now! I'm coming back. My appointment was at 645pm. I just left the shop at 8:30pm. Not once did I feel the rushing no matter on the time. Jay did an amazing job on my pedicure. Very detailed and his nail polished skills are on point excellent job. I had Kim for my dip powder she did an amazing job very detail very clean-cut work. I am extremely happy with my services. It's very hard to come across good nail shops so I had to make sure I sat down to write a review. Not to mention I the owners I didn't catch their names but they were so sweet the entire time I was there. Happy customer! Thank you. read more

I had an appointment today at 6 PM. I went in and ended up waiting until 6:35 and was never seen because of the incident I saw. There were 2 male nail techs available and when the other worker approached one of them to do my set he looked at me and shook his head no. Both of the male nail techs went to do anything except take me. They took out the trash, was on their phone, walked back and fourth to the back room just to avoid doing my nails. I don't understand what the problem was, because I am a man getting his nails done. I eventually just left and the lady looked at me while I walked out but didn't say anything. This place is ridiculous actually to be honest Homophobic that's exactly what they are ! I'm a grown man and been through it all but I know what those men were doing I could feel it. I absolutely love this nail shop and highly recommend it. Contrary to the most recent one start review had to say, Angel's Nails always accommodates all of my appointment request. With my work schedule I can't pre book ahead so I tend to always call last minute for an appointment and they always get me in. If my nail tech, Susan, isn't available right away they always have someone else get me started on the soaking off process (dip) so that when she is ready there's no more delays. They truly take their time when they work on my nails. All of them do amazing work and they take their time with everyone they work on. So if you're in a rush I wouldn't recommend coming as you get what you WAIT FOR! They truly take pride on the work that they do and because of that you will not get a quick in and out job. I'd rather get great quality and customer service then a speedy low quality job!They always make sure I'm happy with my nails before continuing on and if I have any issues they fix it with no problem at all. They truly care about their clients and want to make sure you leave happy. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Came with my daughter intending to have some bonding time with her but that's was a NOT!! First they had us waiting about 20-25 mins then they came and only took 1 of us which of course I sent my daughter and by the time they wanted to even seat me I had been there already for an hour and my daughter was done. i've never been to this nail salon, it caught my attention because my name is angel. i bought this new nail polish and i'm not allowed acrylics at work so i got a manicure instead. the employees were extremely nice and the man who did my nails did an amazing job. one of the ladies was wearing my most favorite clothing brand and we both had the same glasses. i will 110% be going back here, this will be my spot. the price was super fair and i plan on going for biweekly manicures/pedicures. read more

I'm a regular at this place and maybe that's why my review is all for them, but they never disappoint me! I live close by, they know my name, I'm here once a month for a mani/pedi and I always leave happy. The staff is friendly and the manager is great at juggling everyone. They are nice enough to explain when they have to take an appointment first, if you are a walk in, but will always try to accommodate you as well. I like everyone's work overall, but don't fret if you have a favorite nail artist, you can always wait for them. Try the anti-stress pedicure too, it's my favorite, which come with a 10 minute massage! Everyone has their go-to spot and this is mine, 100%. Hopefully it becomes yours too! read more

This is a great nail salon! Its best to schedule an appointment, usually I call same day and they have always accommodated. It is a clean place and all of the staff is very friendly and does an excellent job. It is also very affordable. My daughter has gotten a full set of acrylics and I get a pedicure for under $100. When you get to the building, the door is locked and you need a code to get in, or she comes and gets you. That made me feel very safe since I would be laying there in a very vulnerable position! Lol! The room was clean, and all equipment was clean and in excellent condition. She was very nice and right away put me at ease. Very knowledgeable about her craft! I used to go and get sugared at a place in Corona that I absolutely loved, but after coming here I don't think I'll go anywhere else as you could tell she really knew what she was talking about, and gave me more information on aftercare, and why our hair grows the way it does. I never knew about a few of the things she told me about and it all made perfect sense and I walked out of there smooth and informed! The care that she gives while actually sugaringing is amazing! She took her time and was as gentle as possible. After the actual sugaring she got in there with tweezers and got a few of the stubborn hairs. I was very happy with the results. I got my underarms done for the first time, and let me tell you how nice it was not to have to shave for almost 6 weeks!!! I will definitely be returning!
