I'm still trying to wrap my mind around the experience I just had at this nail salon. I've been coming here whimsically for about 5 years now and I've been relatably happy with their work but jeez never have I experienced such rudeness in my life as I did today. Perhaps I was a bit picky with my nail preferences but the nail tech literally got done with my nails and shooed me out. Extremely disappointed in the service I received today. This has been my go to nail shop for years after today I will not be returning. I treated my daughter to getting her toes done. Once finished the nail polish started messing up. I asked why it was doing so and the male worker there who did her nails said it was because "I didn't get gel". I was in shock he then said I'll give you your money and you can go somewhere else. So much attitude from someone who should no what their doing. read more

I asked the nail tech to fix a very weirdly shape and nail that was shorter and concave and he told me to fuck off and get out. I was very polite and said please several times. I apologize for any inconvenience and just asked that he help reshape one nail and he cussed me out multiple times threw something down on the table, told me to fuck off and never come back. read more

I love it here. i've been coming here for years. I haven't had any problems with anyone at this nail salon . Everyone is nice. As for the last review, I don't see anything that was outdated. Everything was clean and up to date. Every salon has their own style and look to their place of work. Andy does my nails and I've always been very happy with his work. Ashley who normally does pedicures is very nice and very professional. Kim at the front desk has always been very nice. Lisa has worked on my daughters plenty of times with no complaints. I recommend this salon 100% I know it's not the hip place with mimosas and champagne aren't being passed out here. But it is a place to sit and unwind from a days work. I'm sure they could use the same working on people that complain about nothing. Keep up the great work palm nails you guys are awesome! read more

I found this salon and chose it based on reviews since my usual spot across the way was booked so I called and booked an appt. Pros: the facility seems to be well kept and clean..Cons: the gel pedicure seemed super rushed. She finished within 25 or so minutes. She also wasn't as precise with cleaning my cuticles like most other salons I've been to. The thing that set me on my 3 star review was when I kindly asked if she could evenly file my toenail pointing to it, she aggressively pushed my hand away. Her attitude the whole time was a little off. Lastly, there is a $3 separate surcharge if you pay with card..I don't believe it's legal to charge the processing fee to customers in CA. Based on those factors I wouldn't return. Client experience and quality of work is everything. read more

Great service and very kind staff! I highly recommend going for a pedicure. I went with my wife and they were very good to us.

I called ahead and was helped a few minutes after I arrived there. It's a dated, older salon, so no "vibe" to speak of. A woman (Lisa, I think her name was) did my acrylic manicure and she cut me twice as she was filing my nails. She didn't soak my nails at all, or cut any cuticles. She kept telling me she was cutting me because my nails were short, but I've gotten several manicures at this length and it has never been an issue before. She put ointment on my thumb when she saw that I was bleeding, so overall not a good experience. My nails were misshaped and when I asked her to please make them look more cohesive, she just kept complaining that it was because they were short. At this point I found her attitude completely unprofessional. I understood that she clearly prefers to work on long sets, but that doesn't mean you should feel comfortable letting your paying customer walk out with two square and 3 oval nails on each hand!! While I was paying ($2 extra for any card payment btw), I could feel the nails were VERY rough around the edges, so I asked the gentleman who was taking my payment to please file them so I wouldn't cut myself. He looked surprised at how rough and clearly misshapen they were, and he fixed 4 of them at the counter. A week later and the nails are still intact, which is the only reason I don't completely regret paying $37 for this set. Overall I would avoid this place unless you have numbness in your hands and don't mind a few cuts along with your manicure (oh yeah, and they also cut the toes of a woman getting her pedicure done. She yelled at them because she also started bleeding). read more

I have come here plenty of times before. Never had an issue, until today. I came with my daughter to get pedicures. Usually the ladies who do pedicures are usually quiet, yet somehow, one seemed to be in a bad mood, I guess... The nail polish had messed up and we asked to fix it. It happened twice. Not a big deal. We pay for a service, plus tip always and yet the lady got mad, said something to the man, I believe his name is Andy from what I read from the reviews, and cause of that, he told my daughter not to come anymore cause she's picky. I had to tell him how rude he was being as we pay for a service, and there was NO Need to say that to paying customers.... I have heard that Denise does a great job and have seen her do some great nails but I haven't had the pleasure because she is always booked. I love that they are always friendly and helpful. I'm addition, they have a huge selection of gel polish to choose from and new designs constantly. They stay up on the trends which is awesome. I recommended making an appointment and coming on time to t appointment. Side note... At this time they only make money when you show up! RUDE YOUNG LADY AT THE FRONT DESK!!!! I decided to visit my bestfriend nailshop and give this establishment a try. My services included a pedicure and manicure in which I was satisfied with. The problem during my visit was the young lady sitting at the front desk. She was highly irritated and I can't understand why she was. During my service I asked my nail tech to get me a color polish that caught me eye. The lady brought back two different colors that was very similar. I asked was it the same color and the young lady interjected saying "just wait" at this point I'm thinking excuse me? But instead I decide to just let it go and ignore her the nail tech, then polished the two colors on my toe nail and asked me too select which one I wanted. After, deciding upon the color she polished my feet and lead me to the chair for a gel manicure. As I looked back I noticed both colors had already been put up so I questioned where are both colors? The young lady then rudely said you have the color at desk. So I see the color and notice it does not match my polish then I ask again where is it? The young lady then begins to get a major attitude which causes me to get one. At this point I'm upset thinking look this my money not yours! Do it correctly or don't do at all. So I began to say this is money I don't care who have an attitude where is my matching polish. At this point my bestfriend states she's mad you talking about the younger girl. I like the workers in the establishment but the little young disrespectful girl sitting at the front desk doing homework needs to learn about customer satisfaction.
