Once taught the exercises, I was normally left to my own to do them in the clinic with an occasional glance in my direction from one of the therapists. After hearing a presentation by Jena Bratton, PT, I decided to give her clinic a try. It was so different from my past experience! After a thorough assessment, she had recommendations right away for me. After evaluating pictures of my work station, she had suggestions on how I could rearrange things to reduce the fatigue on my neck and back. I immediately felt a difference after following her advice, which made it easier to sit at my desk and do what I need to do. Every visit, Jena asked me about how I was feeling, and included appropriate treatment to my plan of care for that day. This clinic is truly a hands-on treatment facility. I was given exercises to do at the clinic, and someone always came by several times to be sure I understood what I was doing and how the movements would improve my situation. I did not feel ignored at all. Two firsts for me, cupping and dry needling weren't scary at all, truly painless, and helped relieve my overall pain. All in all, the exercises, cupping, dry needling, tens therapy, heat, and counseling improved my neck issues tremendously, and increased my range of motion. So I contacted the company the representative who took the call was flat out rude and inconsiderate. No customer service skills at all. The therapist was nice but there should be more than one therapist in the building one person can not take care of two and three patients at a time.
