I had been having pains in my neck for a long while. I never sought physical therapy for it,…read morebecause, well, physical therapy in my past normally meant leaving my home far too often to treat my pain with painful, boring, and ineffectual moves. Once taught the exercises, I was normally left to my own to do them in the clinic with an occasional glance in my direction from one of the therapists. After hearing a presentation by Jena Bratton, PT, I decided to give her clinic a try. It was so different from my past experience! After a thorough assessment, she had recommendations right away for me. After evaluating pictures of my work station, she had suggestions on how I could rearrange things to reduce the fatigue on my neck and back. I immediately felt a difference after following her advice, which made it easier to sit at my desk and do what I need to do. Every visit, Jena asked me about how I was feeling, and included appropriate treatment to my plan of care for that day. This clinic is truly a hands-on treatment facility. I was given exercises to do at the clinic, and someone always came by several times to be sure I understood what I was doing and how the movements would improve my situation. I did not feel ignored at all. Two firsts for me, cupping and dry needling weren't scary at all, truly painless, and helped relieve my overall pain. All in all, the exercises, cupping, dry needling, tens therapy, heat, and counseling improved my neck issues tremendously, and increased my range of motion. A big THANK YOU to Jena, Maddie, and Jacob of Bratton Physical Therapy for welcoming me to the clinic, and improving my quality of life! I recommend this clinic to everyone looking for a great place to improve mobility and relieve pain, all in a comfortable yet professional setting with caring staff.

From the time you walked in you just felt at home. From Shantel and that smile and her ability to go from office mode to tech mode when needed was a pleasure to see and having Robyn as my primary PT was amazing. Also, I can't say enough about Rondell and what he brings to the clinic. From the trivia games during PT to karaoke it was fun and hilarious. If you ever in need please go, see Robyn and Rondell.

So I was paying $20.00 every visit. So when I stop going due to having another surgery I asked on my last day am I up to date on all my payments they told me yes. Then I get a bill later on stating I had a balance of $265.00. So i wasn't not told that I should have been paying $36.00 as a copay. So I contacted the company the representative who took the call was flat out rude and inconsiderate. No customer service skills at all. I would not recommend this place to go to for any physical therapy. The therapist was nice but there should be more than one therapist in the building one person can not take care of two and three patients at a time. I think personal conversations should be at a limit.

I originally came in for shoulder therapy, but Dr. Ryan Spano and his entire team ended up guiding me through one of the most challenging periods of my life. From helping me understand my imaging results to providing thoughtful guidance while I selected the right orthopedic surgeon, I never felt like I was navigating the process alone. When I later developed problems with my ankle, they were there for that, too. What truly sets this practice apart is that they don't just treat injuries--they treat people. There were many days when the therapy I needed was just as much mental as it was physical. Recovering from an injury is frustrating, discouraging, and often filled with doubt. The entire staff seemed to know exactly when I needed encouragement, when I needed someone to push me a little harder, and when I simply needed someone who believed I would get through it. They celebrated every milestone, no matter how small, and never let me lose sight of the progress I was making. The professionalism, knowledge, and genuine compassion shown by every member of the team are unlike anything I've experienced in healthcare. I was never treated like just another appointment on the schedule. Every visit felt personal, and every person in that office genuinely cared about my recovery and my overall well-being. Today, I'm back to doing the things I love because of their dedication, expertise, and unwavering support. I can't thank Dr. Ryan Spano and his team enough for helping me heal--not just physically, but mentally as well. If you're looking for a provider who truly invests in your success, your confidence, and your recovery, this is the place. I recommend Dr. Ryan Spano and his team without hesitation. They have made a lasting impact on my life, and I will always be grateful.

The location was easy to get to from the St Charles street car. This seems to be one of the only full vegan spots in NOLA with very few exceptions and it did not disappoint. This a great venue for everyone, vegan or not.

I was pleasantly surprised to randomly find this wonderful vegan restaurant while roaming around the city. We were the only people in the restaurant at first so we were served quickly. The woman who served us was super friendly, helpful with the menu, and gave up plenty of time to figure out what to eat and drink. I had a wonderful quinoa salad with a tasty dressing (which was named after the restaurant). The fried Brussels sprouts were amazing! I also ordered a old fashioned which was quite good. Not usually a huge fan of cocktails, but why not! I have a significant amount of vegan food, and this place has some top notch dishes. Highly recommend even if you aren't veg. There's a little but of something for everyone. You won't miss animal product at all. Such a nice and relaxed spot for a bite and a drink or two. There was a bar for seating as well as a number of tables and chairs. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of this space as well as the food!
