They told me the grooming would take 2-3 hours, but I got a text in under 2 hours saying my dog was ready. Most places keep her for 6 hours, so this was such a nice surprise! The flat rate for the full grooming package is a fantastic value, and they even gave her a cute Thanksgiving bandana at no extra charge--most places charge for that! There was no shampoo or rubber scrub brush available, and the aprons weren't waterproof, which made things a bit challenging. Adding a few basics--like shampoo, a scrub brush, and better aprons--would make a huge difference and attract more customers. In a small town like Princeton, this could be a great way to stand out.
